I personally don't really deal with digestion issues but my boyfriend has, for YEARS.. Now when it comes to men they're not as quick or willing to go to the doctor for things because they think it'll pass, and just have some sort of weird pride or something issue with seeing a damn doctor. I finally decided to purchase this product (I've been following you guys FOR YEARS on instagram, Katy is actually one of the main people that helped me find my love for fitness) and it's only been about a week or two, without even taking the recommended 3 a day yet, and he is way less bloated, doesn't feel discomfort after meals like he used to after eating ANYTHING, and has had his first nice solid long stool (sorry if TMI but I feel like people need to know! AND NOT BE ASHAMED TO TALK ABOUT BODY ISSUES) in LITERAL YEARS. I mean YEARS. I am SO happy, so pleased, and I KNOW for a FACT that it was this digestion supplement that finally is helping him. I thank you guys for caring SO MUCH about people on the inside and out! You guys are truly amazing. I decided to really give this a try for him also after reading and seeing so many stories about the BALANCE supplement working for so many women in AMAZING ways. I knew that this would work. We are so pleased, and if you're new to ANYTHING having to do with digestion issues and have been looking for something please purchase this product. You will not be disappointed.He also doesn't have the discomfort he used to when using the bathroom, which was pretty high on the pain level spectrum. It's so crazy honestly. PRESCRIPTION PILLS ARE NORMALLY NEVER THE ANSWER FOR ANYTHING AND USUALLY MAKE THINGS WORSE. Trust the reviews people. This shit works.

This stuff is my new saving grace. I have awful IBS where I get horrible cramping and diarrhea. I’ve suffered for years and the doctor never seems to prescribe anything that works it usually just causes another problem and side effect. Started taking this twice a day (not good about remembering) during a horrible flare up of 3-6 episodes a day and bam.. I’ve been better for 4 days now! This was an everyday ordeal and this is the best I felt in months. Also combined it was Tumeric. I highly Recommend it!

Haven’t taken long enough to see much of a difference

Easy to swallow. Definitely helps if you suffer from gluten intolerance.
