Watch out for the rattle ball!
I don’t know how this isn’t considered a choking hazard! The little rattle ball pops out very easily. I immediately removed it and threw it in the trash. It seems like the teether is going to be hard to clean because of all the crevices inside. Other than those two issues, it seems very nice and my baby loves it. Just going to monitor for mold growth. If you buy this, make sure you toss the rattle part!

CHOKING HAZARD!!!
My 6 month old daughter just squeezed the toy and the ball (inside to make the rattle noise) literally flew out! MAJOR CHOKING HAZARD!! I am so upset, because I could have easily been in another room when this happened and my daughter could have died. Do not buy this product!!!

Whomever thought this up is a genius!
This is the best toy for a two to three month old, bar none! Ive had those $25 giraffes and other pure rubber French toys, many of them, and they sorta worked for like a few days, but never had anything that an infant so enjoyed like this weird little toy! First of all the material, though silicone, is MUCH more appealing than the natural rubber giraffe. Softer, smoother and totally odorless. It washes very easily and the color is not painted on, like the the giraffe toy, so nothing is coming off into the baby. It washes and doesn't have a hollow cavity that can fill up with water, so no mold inside. The shape is much more captivating to babies than a simple giraffe. The head bobbles wildly, and there is also a shaker ibell nside which functions much better than any squeaker. Just a slight movement produces audio satisfaction. Each nub was designed perfectly to entice an infant. The "horns" and "ears" are perfectly shaped for an infants mouth. The "horns" are slightly softer than the "ears" which makes for two different mouthing/chewing experiences. The slender "neck" can be held easily by the tiniest of hands, they can even hold it with just one hand (unlike the giraffe or elephant which is actually difficult for 2 month old hands to grab onto) Or, like i stated above, you can simply put the babies clenched fist under the mushroom and that will keep the toy on his/her hand so she can bring it up to her mouth without having to clench it and makes it impossible for her to drop it. No need to buy chew gloves, this toy also serves that purpose. It comes with a safe tether to clip to a stroller or car seat. IT also comes in the perfect little gift box. So perfect is this little toy, and its packaged so thoughtfully, that I gave it to all my playgroup friends and all of them agreed that its way better than any teething or newborn toy they ever owned. This is a huge hit. Its the perfect first toy!

Retains Water - Mold Risk
It's impossible to dry this thing after cleaning because there are a lot of holes & crevices for water to get trapped in.

Easy for him to use on his own
My baby is an early teether (end of 2m) and he still struggles (4m) to use other teethers. I can hand this one to him, and he can use it all on his own. He likes the bobble head, and knaws on the horns, ears and face. While it's not the most exciting toy for him, it is still the only teether he can use on his own so it's a win in my book. There are cons to consider too, you can't submerge it in water, or boil it and it doesn't really suction cup much, and he has a hard time with getting his hand stuck in it sometimes (not dangerous, it just annoys him when he's already cranky from teething) As far as i'm concerned the rattle is kinda pointless and causes more trouble than its worth (it gets water trapped in the bottom), but if you are careful it's worth it for babies who have a hard time holding things.

Cute and easy to use
We call it our little "Alien Giraffe" because of how it looks. It is super cute, easy for our little boy to play with as one of his first toys at 11 weeks old. We pop it on his hand and he can learn to grasp with it and like to put it in his mouth and gum at the ears and horns. He is also learning to shake it a bit for the rattle sound. Rinses off easier and also can just pop it in the dishwasher. I put it on a drying rack to make sure it gets super dry and any water comes out of the ears and horns.Update: at 5 months it’s one of his favorite toys! He loves it and gnaws at it with ferocity. He can grab it and hold it so many ways and likes to use the rattle. He’ll hold it in his mouth as a soother with no hands, then grab it back again when he feels like it. Really is the best toy ever and I highly recommend it!

Best Teether / Toy for 3+ months!!!!
Ok, you name the teether and we own it. Gel teethers, vibrating teethers, bead teethers, raspberry binky looking teethers, giraffes, etc. THIS teether/ toy was a Godsend of a find for my 3 month old who is now 6 month old. We don’t travel without her. (Her being the teether you are about to purchase that we’ve named “jellyfish”) Anyways, my daughter didn’t get teeth at 3 months. But like all good babies she wanted something to gum on and massage a paticular side of her small mouth. That’s where the little ummm ears? Antennas? Nubbins? Come into play! They’re the perfect size and distance apart for the baby to stick just one in and not too far back that she gags. Or at least, not that I remember because this thing is her best friend. Eventually she learned she could stick her fist in it and could hold it and wave it around while playing with her other hand. All my friends adore it and have requested I buy them one. And I will. Because we love this thing!

Thank you for a great teether
Update- As I thought, my 5 month old just loves this teether. It's easy for him to hold and he goes nuts chewing on the little ears.Absolutely love this teether and I think my son will too. The quality for the price is amazing. Why anyone would pay over $20 for a rubber giraffe when there are teethers like this I will never know. Honestly the quality seems so much better and the price is definitely better. I didn't know it was a rattle as well so that was a nice surprise, I would expect this to be a $20 teether, add in a free toy/binky holder and a cute pouch and box and it's beyond perfect. I will definitely be buying more as gifts and will recommend to everyone I know with babies that are teething.
