AWFUL. The pink stains VERY easily and the app is ALWAYS opening. VERY annoying!
I bought a fit-bit two years ago which was a COMPLETE piece of junk and waste of money (among other things, it stopped charging after only THREE MONTHS).So, not wanting to spend that kind of money just to have that happen again, I bought the previous model of this tracker in black. I absolutely loved it. But the band broke and they apparently no longer sell replacements, so I had to buy a new tracker.I don't like THIS one NEARLY as much.Firstly, I bought it in pink thinking it would match my skin tone better and be less noticeable.1) The pink isn't even close to flesh tone, though it appears to be in the picture. In reality, it's a garish bubblegum pink.2) The band IMMEDIATELY started collecting stains--mainly from dark clothing like my jeans, etc. I've tried everything to clean it and have had no luck. It looks dirty and gross all the time.3) This is also harder to take off and put on than my other one. The band is also much thicker, which means that your arm tends to sweat and stay wet under the band much more than the older model. It also looks more masculine than the previous model because it's such a thick band.4) The REALLY annoying part is that the latest version of VeryFit Pro (the app you use with the tracker), is a COMPLETE MESS. Firstly, It is ALWAYS spontaneously opening on my Android (as well as my husband's--he has a brand new Galaxy, I have a 2-year old Note). It will open right when you are doing something but it stays transparent when it does, and is non-responsive--so you literally will be trying to write something, make or ender a call, or read a web page and suddenly it seems like your phone has frozen. It's not until you check your open apps that you realize VeryFit has opened and froze, and it is preventing you from doing what you were trying to do. It happens, regardless of whether I have Bluetooth on or off.5) The app also says it's supposed to store up to a week's data at once, but when I go more than a day without syncing it, it only syncs the last 24 hours! My last complaint is that the seller won't leave me alone about reviewing it. I've gotten at least a half dozen messages that are labeled as "request for additional information" that are really just begging me to review this product. I didn't want to do so because I'm not nearly as happy with this one as the last (nor is my husband). But I'm so tired of having messages that appear to be important but are just soliciting a review that I finally decided I'm done with it.Long story short, I'll be buying a different brand soon. Sad, really, because I really did love the previous version of this tracker.UPDATE:This didn't last nearly as long as the last one. Two months in, and it is no longer consistent in its counting, plus the loop that holds the band down broke (see last pic).

Little bit of a learning curve to use
So far, I've worn my fitness tracker for a week, tracking both my exercise and sleep patterns. The pluses are this 1- It's cheap 2- gives me the time 3-it tells me when I have incoming texts and messenger messages 4- it's got me walking more each day to hit a goal or push myself to reach another higher level. Minuses 1- it has a learning curve to use. I did receive a FAQ document today, a week after I received it so that still needs to be reviewed 2- It has already witnesses two syncing blips where the watch feature lost more than an hour of time. 3- when in horizontal mode, the time or message is always upside down no matter the arm I wear it on. Not a huge issue, but a little awkward. Synopsis: I got what I paid for and for a little test run of a wearable pedometer, it works fine mostly for my needs,

Great product for the price and prompt customer service
We purchased three trackers for our kidos as Christmas gifts and now our other two younger kids want them as well. They call it their "Fitbit" and it tracks their steps, which is the most important feature for them. It's fun when we all compare how many steps we did during the day or when driving home from school. It also shows the time, distance and calories burned. I was a little concerned about how durable they were and I'm pleased that we've had no functioning problems after almost three months. At first, the wristband was a little hard to remove in order to reveal the charging plug for the USB port, but I guess this is a good thing because it means that it's not going to fall off. I thought the whole thing was going to break when removing it the first time, but it's strong enough...don't worry. We were also surprised to find that it is water resistant after they went swimming. The only negative is that the little watch straps that fit around the wrist bands to help keep them in place have broken on two of the three. Other than that, happy so far!UPDATE: We just contacted them about the wrist straps and they didn't have any extra, but the offered to compensate by sending an additional watch! What great customer service.

Blown Away! 👍👍
I'm blown away by this $15 fitness tracker!!! I've only had it a few days and my expectations weren't that high. I am super bummed it doesn't have a heart rate monitor... But the company is very upfront about it.Water Resistance:I swam 15 laps with it today, dove to the bottom of the 9ft deep end and sat in the hot tub for about 15 minutes on two separate occasions. The thing held up great in the water. If you try to use it in the water or with wet hands the droplets have a way of starting the timer function which can be mildly annoying. Again.. it's only $15!Pedometer:It tracks my steps and goes off at the 10k mark everyday. That has me skeptical if I really walk that much or if it's counting everytime I move my arm... Either way it's motivating and a total morale booster! If you're a stickler for accuracy this probably isn't for you.Sleep Tracking:The sleep tracking is really basic but seems to track the time I fall asleep and wake up accurately. It's hard for me to say if the deep sleep and light sleep times are right, but it's a cool metric to keep an eye on.App, Charging & Battery:The app is friendly to use and easy peasy to sync. I LOVE the USB port charging! Although, I wish it had something indicating the correct way to plug it in... Took some trial and error. Once the red light comes on you have it right. 👍 I'm on the end of day two and my battery shows half charged... So in theory it should last another two days for a total of 4.I would recommend this to any beginner or non-committal fitness explorer.
