Kaufman Speech Praxis Treatment (Basic Level Kit)

As an SLP with over 20 years experience I sadly had to leave this set of cards when I left my previous job. The pictures are large and colorful and they are moderately sturdy. They have a sequence of approximations to get to the final production of the word for the picture which can be helpful. They would benefit the child with emerging single words. However, the price I'm currently seeing here at 448.00? They used to run around 180.00 which was very steep for what you get. As of today, Northern speech is selling for 228.00 which also includes a training video that I don't see listed here. All of Nancy Kaufman's products are great. The best one is her "Mutt book". It targets vowels, consonant vowels, carrier phrases with target words. Fun,silly short stories that target past and progressive verb tense. It typically sells for under $100.00 and would be a better investment for a parent in my opinion.
