This book is incredible!
This book isn't long, but it really doesn't need to be. It teaches you exactly how to perform all the basic fighting moves that look really simple to an outside observer, but are easy to get wrong. Having gone through some of the basic exercises and practising the changes in technique, I've suddenly realised the mistakes I was making (and hurting myself by making).If you're a complete noob to fighting, you need this book. It comes with thirty days of training that I can't wait to get started on. If you're already a pro, you'll probably know most of it, but then again you wouldn't be reading about martial arts in a book.

Excellent guide
This book provides a great overview of a martial arts fitness program. The introductory sections are very helpful in providing instructions, and the daily workout programs are fun to do.

Book is actually much smaller than I was expecting.
Quality is fine though pages and charts are very small. Definitely not worth $14.00. I should have stuck with the Kindle version and saved myself the money.
