Good Bariatric choice
I am liking this because it’s 1 a day. The capsules are easy to swallow and no taste. I’ve never had it upset my stomach, but I also eat with it. Size is not overly large.

High quality
Very high quality vitamin/supplement to support my weight loss journey! Highly recommend based on the look of approval on my physician’s face when I brought it in to show what I'm taking. Easy to swallow, no bad taste or smell. Good value for the money.

Awful Smell :(
I tested low on some vitamins was told I need a "high ADEK" bariatric vitamin. I used Celebrate brand first, but noticed there is a pocket of air in the capsule-that they weren't quite full. So, when the exterior of the capsule dissolved in my stomach, I would get a "burp" of vitamin that was pretty gross tasting and sometimes uncomfortable if I couldn't immediately slurp down some water. When I finished that bottle, I figured I'd try a different brand, and got this one. Overall, they're probably about the same health wise, as both are highly recommended vitamin brands for bariatric patients. The capsules are about the same size. However, the Bariatric Advantage brand smells awful. Opening the bottle, I immediately thought, "this smells just like when I arrived at summer camp when I was 9!!!" STALE URINE. I'm pretty sure it the cabin smelled because someone had wet the bed the previous week and then the sheets stayed on for a whole week in there. It was an awful smell, and these pills have that exact aroma. I have decided to not re-cap the bottle to not allow the smell to build up, but breathing while taking them is not an option at all, if you don't like the pungent smell. TBH, I'm having trouble deciding which brand to get next. I'm not sure if trying to swallow something that smells like stale urine or the painful vitamin burp is worse. Sigh.
