SAFAVIEH Antiquity Collection 2'3" x 8' Grey/Multi AT824B Handmade Traditional Oriental Premium Wool Runner Rug

I bought two of these rugs and I am very happy with them. They were well packed with desiccant packets and did not have any smell of mildew only the faint smell of wool which confirmed that they were authentic wool rugs. The wool smell was gone after the first day. The little amount of shedding when vacuumed was explained on the packaging as normal and the rugs are still very thick and beautiful. They are very well made and lay flat. I love the deep, rich, shades of green.

Such a rich design. And the color is gorgeous!! And is THICK!! Def not a synthetic fiber. Love that it’s wool and got a smaller size to try out but I may be purchasing a larger one to cover whole of living room in future.

I have purchased three SAFAVIEH wool rugs from the antiquity collection. All are the same pattern.. I gave a 6'x6' one as a gift. I bought a 7'6" x 9'6" for my family room and after five years I just decided I should have purchased the 9'x12' size. So I did! I will gift the replaced rug. SO - that's how much I love the quality and pattern of this rug. The Amazon premium delivery for $29.99 was worth it! The 2-person team was prompt, professional, gracious, and helpful. They put the rug right where I wanted it, and offered to move it if that didn't look right. I am very happy.ADVICE: If you buy a SAFAVIEH wool rug you need to change your vacuum, bag OFTEN for the first several times over it. The shedding is not apparent (to me) on the rug, but the accumulation of wool in the vacuum is significant for a while.

A great rug for its price. It’s soft under foot, vacuums easily and looks as good as the photos advertising it.Like all new wool rugs, it sheds a lot at first but now it’s done after a few months, and there is still a lot of it left! Not to worry, even though it seems like too much shedding, this rug has lots of yarn; it’s edges are well finished and the rug was pretty true to size.

The colors on this rug are dark and deep. Super high qualitt, thick and luxurious feel under foot. Note, you will get a lot of loose fibers the first time you vacuum which is to be expected. The rug has held up to heavy use iny daughter's bedroom

This a high quality wool rug that added a nice touch of color to a high traffic area in our home. Received earlier than expected delivery date.

Shopped for the perfect rug for a long time.This caught my eye on a couple different sites and I found it on Amazon for $160 less than others had it priced.I almost didn't try it because other reviews said it was too blue.So glad I took the chance on it!It is definitely Grey with Navy accents.It is beautiful, soft, thick and warm.Yes, it does shed, but it is wool so that is to be expected. Vacuum regularly and I'm sure that will get better over time. Even if it didn't, I'd still be happy though.You can't beat the quality for the price.

Very happy with this rug. I have several from this manufacturer (Safavieh). This rug is true to color and quality. Very thick and made well (most wool rugs do shed). If you want a functional statement rug -look ito this brand. Caution: I had bought one earlier and returned it as it was very thin and poor quality (UPS pickup -no prob). Pile hight does not tell the story, but certain collections from this brand vary -so do some research.

Love the color and look of this rug. It looks exactly as pictured and complements the neutrals in my room very well.
