This product was perfect for washing my grandma that is bed bound. I couldn't figure how to work the pump that came with it. I blew it up with my bike pump. The bath itself works great and the reservoir with water gold the perfect amount to wash and rinse. The only improvement I would suggest to a longer drain hose off the wash basin because to have to have the bucket pretty close. Overall it is a good product.

Terrible “deal” for more money. The air pump doesn’t work AT ALL...just squeaked like a dog toy and when I tried to pump faster it just bent so easily. The neck part is awful bc it’s too small and is stabbing in either side of your neck- very uncomfortable. The air valve is fickle w/ filling & losing air and took many mins to blow up, the patch kit was missing, the extra fabric piece for going under it was too small and the valve to blow up the pillow was under the pillow so you can’t even pull it out far enough to blow it up- either way the pillow is too flat. Also it had a pretty strong chemical smell the first day or so.You just don’t really need all of the extras for the prices either- you’d have to hang the bag from an IV stand...or something high enough to really push water pressure bc it barely dripped out unless I held the bag straight up in the air which is too hard to maneuver. I’ll stick to my watering can, thank you.Was really expecting this to be great with all of the pieces but it was just a waste of time

Good product, works well for the elderly who can't get in the shower or bath so easily. Needs a couple of pairs of hands to to the job well.

Great product for my husband who had a spinal stroke! The hospital (s) couldn’t come up w a solution to wash my hair. The construction is tough, and holds the water well.

The water didn’t not drain from the tub. Had to scoop water out of basin. Also water sprinkler didn’t work when bag was hanging but water squirted out when the sprinkler was in motion

I take care of a lady that is mostly in the bed. This thing was amazing.
