Useful set of tools
These aren't going to make you a watchmaker, and indeed most watchmakers would scoff at these tools. The screwdrivers are likely to damage the screws you use them on, but the band-pin removal tool is quite usable and handy. The case-back tool works great if you find the correct size dies. Pops on backs I'd despaired of ever getting to snap back on. The movement holder is OK. The back remover is OK too - but takes a bit of time to setup for different backs. The tweezers are meh.. you can find better. The duster thing works fine. You can find better of a number of the tools in this kit, but they'll cost a lot more bought piece-meal. Good for someone who wants to change a watch band, or a watch battery. Not suggested for an actual watchmaker.

Ok starting point, but be ready to replace items
Got the kit in today and went right to work opening up a few watches to replace batteries and adjust bands. The watch knife worked ok, just a little thick to open cheap watches. The case removal tool worked fine. The band tool (blue thing) bent first time with very little pressure. So I used the yellow block and the hammer to push out the pins. The little pin punch point came out while in the watch. So with needle nose pliers I removed the pin punch tip. The tweezers are very very cheap and came bent. Any pressure on the tweezers and the tips bend. The case press worked fine. Overall I give it 3 stars for the cost and some items work well. Just be prepared to replace items if you plan on using this kit more than once. Plus side is decent individual watch tools are cost 10-20 bucks each, with case openers being 60+. So if you buy the tools as needed it wont break the bank to have a good kit built up, and this one should work until you buy better quality items.

Great for beginners!
I got this to fix a few old watches that my Dad was giving to my sons and nephew. Two had bad batteries and one had a dead movement. I've never attempted this type of work on watches before but I'm a pretty handy guy.The watches were all unique and odd, which is why my Dad wanted the boys to have them. There was a 25th Anniversary Disney "pop-up" watch, a Smithsonian Spirit of St. Louis watch, and a limited edition Seiko chronograph watch.By watching a few videos on the basics and using this kit I was able to replace the batteries in the Seiko and Spirit of St. Louis watches and the entire movement (which I found on Amazon for $9) in the Disney watch. This kit had every tool I needed for every step on each watch. If you have any interest in doing basic watch repair yourself this kit is a great choice to get you started.

Key tools for a cheap price
While a couple of tools are cheesy, the key ones like the press, the case vise, and the "church key" for popping open backs are critical. The spring bar fork is tiny, but the Harbor Freight one is cheap, much better and comes with a supply of spring bars. The screw-back tool is over sized and at least one of the fittings came with a crossed thread. Again the H-F alternative is inexpensive and better. The tweezers are the same cheap ones that come with ever smart phone and iPad screen replacement kit--not for long term use. But I wanted the press, the vise, the miniature punches, the screwdrivers, the puffer, the bracelet X-block and the tiny hammer, and I consider the kit a fine bargain just for them. I've been able to open several watches with it, and pop out a broken Raymond Weil crystal.

More tools then you’ll probably ever need
So many tools which I have not yet used nor probably will. So far I have had all the tools to adjust any strap or bracelet which has been on numerous occasions so I believe I’ve already got my money back.
