I really am satisfied with my purchase! I wanted to see how well this hair steamer was going to work and it works well in my opinion. You do have to keep your head at the top of the bonnet and reposition yourself to get your entire head steamed. I have no complaints otherwise. My package arrived quickly, it was nicely boxed and easy to assemble. 🙏🏽

Why pay extra at a salon for a steam treatment? I won’t be overpaying any more. This steamer is great and will pay for itself in no time. Not to mention I can now moisturize my hair whenever I want. Works excellent. I haven’t tried the facial steamer yet but I anticipate it will work just as well.

Works well. Simple to use. Wish it the tubing to connect the bonnet to its base was easier to remove & put on. Water accumulated around the inner rim while in use so be careful it can burn you if it drips onto you. Opening the vents at the top of the bonnet helps but it still accumulates hot water.

I was missing the gray piece that goes on top to control the amount of steam coming out.

I actually purchased this for Christmas and I am so happy! It works and it’s extremely fancy! I love it so much i actually went to school to be an esthetician and this handy machine is worth it for a great price !

I have to update because it wprks so well for my hair and it also works great for my face!! Recently I was sick with a sinus cold this item helped so much with my stuffy nose.

This is a great at home steamer. I bought this so that I could do at home steam treatments for my hair. My hair is very dry and this steamer has been doing a great job of helping me keep it moisturizer and healthy. You just shampoo your hair, followed by any deep conditioner turn the machine on and you’re ready to go.

Cheap not worth the money. Very small. Poor instructions.
