Fits Whirlpool WDT720PADM2, No More Leak
5 Stars for this grommet, 1 star for the Whirlpool dishwasher. What a piece.I had water coming from under the front of my Whirlpool WDT720PADM2. After careful examination, water was leaking from my diverter valve stem. Looking online, it appears Whirlpool only sells a new sump for around $80. No way I was paying that, or going through the work of taking the entire sump out. After reading through the questions here, this grommet will fit the WDT720PADM2. If you have a Whirlpool dishwasher with sump part number WPW10455268, this should fit just fine. It is in multiple Whirlpool units. Grommet part number is WPW10195677.This is my second repair on this dishwasher. The circulation pump went out 2 months ago, and now this leaking grommet. Build date (stamped on the back of the unit) was 11/2016, and I've already had two failures. I realize this is one of the cheapest stainless steel units you could have bought, and you get what you pay for. Fortunately, I didn't buy this POS, it was already in the house when I purchased... though I guess that means I did buy it in a way, but who buys a house based on a dishwasher? Do yourself a favor, and just buy a more quality (aka more expensive) dishwasher, so you don't have to handwash dishes. Next time I have a failure, which will probably be next Tuesday at this rate, I'm ditching this and buying a new one.**EDIT** - This ships from Buckner, KY. I ordered Sat. night, it was shipped Monday morning, arrived in Tampa, FL on Wednesday. It was shipped USPS First Class using the free shipping.

Buy this before tearing the dishwasher apart
Louflections has done more with this diverter motor grommet than appliance repair shops can comprehend. This simple grommet solves the problem created by the Whirlpool poorly designed dishwasher.Whirlpool designed a washer that has a hole directly through the bottom of a water reservoir. Genius!Appliance repair shops also do not have the schematics that show this grommet as removable or replaceable. They recommend replacing the entire base assembly. Don’t give in to their insistence.Enter Louflections! A simple grommet replacement stops the leak. Thank you to all the designers and engineers who contributed to the development this awesome gasket/grommet.A word of advice in the process of removing the old grommet. It may take some effort to get the whole thing out (rubber gasket and metal surround). Mine was somewhat difficult, and I already had the diverter motor off of the bottom of the washer. If you can get the old grommet out, you will not need to disconnect the washer and work on the underside. Also this will leak likely happen again. Thank you Whirlpool! Please, please, please Louflections- don’t stop making this grommet! Also, I added a drip pan that easily fits in the dishwasher space and right under the washer. I have hardwood floors in the kitchen.Yep, Whirlpool just about caused a few thousand dollars in floor damage. All due to some idiot that put a Hole in the bottom of a water reservoir.

STOPPED THE LEAK! WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Spend the money on this part! My kitchenaid leaked and after looking under it and going on YouTube, the grommet seemed to be the issue. I tried going cheap and purchased the "COLIBROX WPW10195677 W10195677" part for $7 on Amazon. My leak continued. I then coughed up the extra $$$$ for this one and the leak stopped immediately.I'm not handy and even after you take the loss for the first grommet that didn't work, $30 and 10 minutes saved me from getting a service fee from a technician, or worse, buying a new dishwasher.

Perfect replacement... but a bit pricey!!!
Perfect replacement. Better than the OEM seal. Had some drips on the first run after replacing but I think this was because of water still in the motor from before the repair. I had NO drips on the second run or since... I may still end up replacing the diverter motor soon because of the motor going bad (clocking and noisy) but this replaced seal will remain... 4 stars because I just wish it was cheaper... it seems expensive for a simple seal.... but why would they sell it cheaper if I am buying it for the current price, right?

Perfect Fit
Only one that fits my Whirlpool WDT720PADM2. I have ordered 2 different ones on Amazon for cheaper but dishwasher was still slightly leaking. This one is the same size and fits snuggly as the oem. It’s a bit pricey compare to the others on Amazon but this was the only one that fixed my leak.

Perfect Fit and Leak Fixed!
Water was leaking from the diverter motor at the bottom of my Whirlpool dishwasher and needed this replacement part to fix the leak. I purchased it from seller "Louflections" and received it in 3 days! It is a perfect fit and now there is no leak what-so-ever from the bottom of the dishwasher! It literally took me 5 minutes (ok, maybe 10) to replace the bad grommet! Louflections provided both replacement instruction and video link, so you can do the job properly with confidence! If you have never done this before and don't want to spend a lot of hard-earned money, then get this part from Louflections!

Good company, good product
Part was exactly the part I needed and worked perfectly. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because it took 3 days to actually ship out. It took another 3 days to get here, which is standard but if they had actually shipped it out within a day or 2 of purchase I may have been able to put my kitchen together before the weekend. But other then a slight delay in shipping the seller has been great.

Definitely a DYI project
I was shocked that replacing this little rubber grommet fixed the leak underneath my whirlpool dishwasher. I watched the You-Tube videos and decided to give it a try. Whirlpool knows about this little fix and stopped selling this grommet as a separate part. You can only get this grommet when you purchase the sump pump which brings the price to ~ $60. This part was originally probably ~$5. I bought it on Amazon for ~ $20. Everyone is trying to make a buck. The actual repair takes about 5-10 min. Simply amazing. The repair guy would have easily charged me between $100-200.
