I messaged them with a winnie-the-pooh broken cutter and explained it was for a graduation cookie set. I didn't think I was going to get a response, let alone a new cutter days before I needed my cookies done by. You guys rocked! Thank you for believing me. My cookies turned out super cute.

I used plastic wrap between the dough and cutter it worked perfect.
I liked the detail. I did find it hard to decorate with royal icing because of the indentations, but with practice I got better.

Too much detail, not enough depth
While these cutters are adorable, there is too much detail. I make thicker cookies but these could not be thicker than 1/8" otherwise they stuck, not matter how much flour dusted. This made my cutting time much longer and tougher than I'd like. In my opinion, they would be better as either just shape of the characters or a two piece set, one shape & one impression. The impressions also make it harder to decorate with royal icing. Well made but just not functional for my purposes.
