Works like a Charm. Excellent Product
My XPS 8700 had two 4GB RAM installed. I was experiencing slowness with multiple applications running. I decided to upgrade to 24 GB by adding two 8GB RAM. I am glad i did. My Computer is so smooth and no more freezes. You can leave the two 4GB RAM in there and add these two 8GB RAM in the remaining two slots. The slots are color coded. Two Black slots and two white. I am guessing the two blacks should have the same size RAM and the two white should have the same size RAM. Be leaving the 8GB and adding 16GB I have more than enough RAM (24). Adding RAM does make a HUGE difference even if you are not gaming. This is one investment that is well worth it.
