3 year-old nephew loves it, decent build quality
Bought this for my nephew and he immediately got the hang of it. The quality is good, not fantastic. Everything goes together well with easy-to-follow instructions. I anticipate the most likely failure point will be the axles on the two large wheels, but that remains to be seen. I would say do not exceed the 65 pound weight limit and it will last a few years. We wrapped one band of electrical tape around the large wheels to give them a little better traction on bare floors.

Great toy for our daughter with Spina Bifida!
Great little ride on toy! We purchased this for our daughter who has Spina Bifida as an inside alternative to her wheelchair. It was very easy to assemble and lightweight. She's only 2 so it's a bit big for her, instead of using the hand pegs she just pushes the wheels, but her other siblings who are 3, 7, 9 have no problems at all making it go. My only wish is that it came with some type of rubber wheel or grip tape to help it have more traction on tile & wood floors. The plastic wheels tend to slip a lot especially if the child doesn't weigh enough.** Update - our daughter's therapist found out that you can call Radio Flyer's customer service line & request an additional piece that velcros on to help kids without leg control. So that way their feet don't fall through!! As far as we know the piece can be ordered free of charge - How Awesome is That!??!

Favorite birthday gift!
My nephew turning 3 absolutely loved this! Low enough to just slide into the seat and in no time figured out how to move hands to maneuver his new two wheeler. A great way to develop coordination! It is a great color, attractive black, white, and red. The seat a nice width, good sized handles and assembly was done in 15 minutes! Doesn’t need to have several other kids to enjoy! It is so close to the ground it doesn’t tip and is very safe to use especially on a tar driveway!

Wheels falling off Solution
The Gkids loved it until both wheels started falling off on the 1st day of use - friction caps unable to retain the wheels. My solution was to add a large area washer after the wheel is installed. I cross-drilled the axle near the end (steel was easy to drill, #40 or 3/32 bit) and installed a clip (cotter key would also work) to retain the added washer. Did both wheels, problem solved. I urge Radio Flyer to consider a similar modification to production units. This is a fun toy. See photo for fix. Dirk Dessel - Mech Engineer.

Perfect gift for small children
I was looking fir something mobile for a 3yr old who can’t ride bikes yet with older sister and brother. This was perfect! She loved it and now the entire family can go riding together (as long as ground is even). She rode around the play room on Christmas Day. Older kids kept trying to occupy it and except for a few furniture bumps, it was a real hit. The kids will have great arm and core muscles!

Day 1 review
Bought for my 48lbs 4 year old. The wheels are a hard smooth plastic like the tops of plastic picnic tables or kayaks. Thus there is minimal traction regardless of flooring type. On my plans vinyl it spins out barely catching enough to move. Assembly was easy though the left vs right side of the frame isn't specified so you have a 50% chance of mucking it up. Overall I'd say due to the wheels alone I wouldn't buy it at any price point.

Kids love this!!!
I bought two of this for my grandkids. They have a blast on these! I had the plastic type when I was little in the late 60’s, now I can give them a more modern version! Easy assemblage and kids love these!!!

Big wheels of fun
my son had received money for Christmas and he really wanted to buy something with it, so we talked about what he would like and a Big Wheel kind of thing is what he really described. So when we brought up the Cyclone we were not sure if he would be happy with just using his arms to make it go. Well once he started using it, we could not get him off.The quality is outstanding, and the material is strong enough to handle everything a 6 year old in a basement or outdoors has been able to throw at it. We like it because he is getting some exercise and doesn't ask about Xbox or other video games.
