I ordered this for my 3rd graders lunch, to start doing "Bento" style lunches. I was very pleased when it arrived. The packaging was very nice and exciting and made opening this with my son a great experience. The etching is a great bonus; it looks very nice and makes a simple container, exciting. The quality is great; the conpartments do leak over and is not intended for liquids; but we use it with sandwiches and then fruit on the other side or chips; and all is well. It is small; and is mostly suited for childrens lunches; and maybe kiddos with a smaller appetite like my son. I included a photo with a milk carton to give you an idea on the size. I would deffinetly buy more; if they added other designs; like stars and planets, or sports themed etc. Even just the lids with the designs to be able to swap the lids and designs would be awesome! Great product and great price compared to other more expensive brands I considered; I am glad I chose this one.

I purchased one of these in my quest to move away from plastics and towards more sustainable living. This would be brilliant for a kid's lunchbox or a light adult lunch. This is not the lunch I bring when I know I'm going to be working a 10-hour day...I typically bring a larger lunch on those days so I don't come home and eat a bunch of crackers before I have dinner finished. But for most 8-hour work days this is more than enough space. And if you want to separate parts of your lunch this is perfect.

Wish I could return this, but I got rid of the box. Unfortunately, the bar separating the two compartments doesn't come up high enough, so the food shifts from one section to the other in transport. Now, if you have a toddler, you know what a disaster that is. My kid wouldn't eat the apple slices because they were "dirty" from the baked snap peas that had moved on top of them. I guess if you can hold the box upright at all times you can avoid any shifting, but that's not going to happen with a toddler. I've ordered her a different one and will now be taking a t-rex snack box to work.

With our kids both in school we were finding ourselves using multiple plastic bags every day. This fact was really grating for both my wife and I so I looked for something that would be able to hold what we used the bags for and would hopefully fit into their lunch bags. So we found these food containers and I bought one for our son (T-Rex) and one for our daughter (Mermaid).So far we've been really impressed with them. They fit both of their lunchboxes, although we did have to get a bit creative with our son's lunch box. He has one of the lunchboxes that are more triangular and we had to put the container in the zipper compartment at the base of the lunchbox, but it works. They are snug, but also easy enough for our kindergartner to get off without any problems. They're easy to clean up, they can be put in the dishwasher, but are also easy to wash by hand.The only problem we've run into, which isn't large for us, is that sometimes the food from one compartment will wind up in another during transportation. This doesn't matter much for us as we put sandwiches and chips in the two compartments, but this means that this isn't a good solution if you're packing food that is more liquidy. We've really enjoyed using these and it's been very nice not having to go through so many plastic bags every day. I certainly recommend this if you're looking for a replacement to your sandwich bags.

I am a big fanof stainless steel. And I try my best to use eco friendly products as much as I can. I purchased Mermaid lunch box and surprised my 5 year old. She was very happy. She took her lunch box to school to show it off. I wasn’t aware that this lunch box got famous until her friend’s moms started asking me about the lunch box. Well, I must say they put an effort to make this product sturdy and big enough to fit the perfect meal size. I would recommend it to all my friends and family. 5++ stars to this amazing lunch box😊

Product arrived dented and divider is crooked. The design is cute and having reusable lunch supplies is great but quality not great. Review updated… the divider does not actually separates the 2 compartments well. Everything ends up combines so there's absolutely no way to have dry food stay dry. It only gets one star because the mermaid design is cute.

Bought this to carry my home-made food to work - wanted something that would last a long while, be durable, and look decent. This lunch box is all that, and more. It packs a lot more than I expected, and stays shut tight - no accidental opening in my work-bag. Happy with the product - highly recommended!

This lunchbox is great for dry foods! Its easy and simple design makes it easy to pack your lunch/dinner. I got this to carry lunch to college. Its pretty sturdy and I like the simple design. I could not fit an entire sandwich in the large compartment, but when cut into there is plenty of space to stack it up...also good for my salads and fried rice. I was afraid that the box would open up and mess up my bag, but the lid stayed firm and I haven't had any incidents so far.I like that it is eco friendly, as most plastic lunch boxes are not disposed off properly and are harmful to the environment. I got the classic version but the prints on the other versions also look fun!
