First time we ordered, for our first job, it was great. This time for another job it was also great, at first though the item came to us tarnished, but the actual owner reached out to us and stood behind their product and issued us two new handles. We bought this for our new home remodel in the 4 ft version. We mounted it to a solid wood door, and utilized a black deadbolt. We also placed a small black industrial closer on the door to ensure it would remain shut.This is by far the best price I was able to find for a handle of this quality. A section of our house is made of black steel, and there is a steel staircase just inside the door, so we needed something that looked the same for the door hardware. This was perfect.

These are beautiful, heavy handles, and my contractor was able to use one 2-sided one and convert it into two single-sided handles for two different barn doors. Then on the interior (back side) of the doors we used recessed pulls allowing installation the normal distance from the wall. We found black plugs to cover the bolts coming from the front side. Doors and walls are not yet painted. Along with these handles, recessed pulls and hook-and-eye locks were purchased here on Amazon, black barn door hardware from The Home Depot.

Arrived as described. Looks great on the door. The only bad thing is the screws included were silver and should be black to match handle.

Christian from Key Tiger was extremely responsive and helpful via email and phone calls assisting with the need for longer bolts for a 2 1/4" thick door. He went out of his way to send extra bolts via 2 day delivery to meet my installation schedule without charge. I would recommend Key Tiger to all for excellent products and customer service. I ordered these after deciding we want a modern door built for our new house. The handles arrived in two days in great condition and they are beautiful! Instructions for how to install are online and seem very detailed and easy.We will also be needing handles for a set of barn doors and I will most definitely be buying them from Key Tiger!
