VIZ-PRO Dry Erase Board/Whiteboard, Non-Magnetic, Pack of 2, 8' x 4', Wall Mounted Board for School Office and Home

I ordered a two pack of the 48" x 36" boards. Seem to be of decent quality, but it should be known they are not the exact size advertised, measuring at least half an inch short on either side. Seems particular, but for very real space and mounting reasons, I needed boards that were precisely 48'' x 36". My experience dealing with the seller to address this was admittedly not ideal. They approved a return but would not cover shipping. I felt free return shipping would be warranted, given the boards were not what they were advertised to be. After many emails back and forth, I ended up just keeping them. Shipping the almost 40 lb box would've cost 75% of the cost of the boards themselves so returning them made no financial sense. To be fair, the seller offered a small refund for the inconvenience. Regardless, in their position, I would've honored both the product refund AND covered shipping costs if my customer were not 100% satisfied, especially if it were due to product misinformation, however slight, on my part. Staying positive that the boards deliver on their other advertised qualities.

I hardly write reviews, but I thought I'd leave one just because of the seller's responsiveness. I ordered these boards and received them within two days. Unfortunately one has minor cracks probably due to poor handling by the courier. I submitted a request for a partial refund, and it was issued the very next day. The boards look solid and are perfect for my home office. Good customer service!

Simple product, easy to install. The marker tray can be mounted on either the short or long edge. There are screw caps to hide the mounting hardware after installation to make it look cleaner. An extra screw cap was included with each board. Hardware is OK for installation onto wallboard, but if you are mounting into studs or harder surfaces, you might want to upgrade your hardware locally to get something appropriate for your requirement.

The item listed 8'x4' (actually measured 94.5"x47 1/8"). The two pack was delivered with great packaging, cardboard, lumber, and good protection on the corners. However, once we were ready to fully un-package and mount the board to the wall we discovered manufacturing errors. The board had 2 places on the front that had flaws (the back side and frame were in good condition), and poor construction on one of the corners. One board is in perfect condition and the second board had all of the flaws. We are now beyond the 30day return policy.

I am a collage student and I wanted to update my white board with a bigger one and was really really reallyyy exicted about this board; however, when It arrived both of the board was damage. I was very disapointed. please refund me.

Bought 2 of these for my house to post meal plans, doodles, and other notes to the family. Working as advertised. Easy to install too.

Love the size of these boards! I got two to fill a wall in the barn. One is close to perfect. The other has a couple of nicks in the front which is too bad :(I’ve received very few damaged items before from ordering online, so I was a bit disappointed, but they will work for what I need them for!
