I have severe restless legs, the type that doesn't just cause the need to kick and rub your legs, the form I have becomes extremely painful, especially at night and makes it very difficult to sleep. I use the Icy Hot Sleeves on my calves(I realize they're premedicated) but have found that after the initial wearing, buying the Icy Hot Cream and applying it thoroughly to my calves and slipping on the sleeves provides some relief from the pain. I have also learned that the sleeves can be washed in the washing machine and if air dried, will last a long time. Having tried several of the prescription drugs that are supposed to help, but finding the side effects to be almost worse than the pain....this is a good alternative.

I was surprised the first time I used one of these on my knee as the pain almost went completely away and sometimes it does completely. These are a little too tight for me and I'm not really overweight either. However, the benefit (no pain) outweighs that disadvantage. They work about 9 out of 10 times and that is a huge relief when they do.

These sleeves are easy to use and very effective to immediately address pain and support sore muscles recovery. I am in my late 70’s and this simple treatment helps keep me active.

icy Hot Extra Strength, Flexible Knee and Ankle Sleeve- mutlipacki like this sleeve better then spray because i feel stickiness with any pain reviler spray ,Spray also cause skin irritation..This ankle sleeve contain Menthol inside which give you relieve from foot pain or any ankle place..Good kind product to have if you do any kind sport activity /running/hiking etc..

This is a good product but it's a bit too small even in it's bigger size & not as flexible but still a good product

I purchased these for my son, who will be doing a lot of driving this next week, while on vacation. He has a knee problem, that bothers him, while sitting for a long time. I am hoping these will give him some relief. If they work as well as the Icy Hot pads, I am sure they will.

I love these Ivey hot sleeves. I have such bad knees and they are a great relief for me to wear when I walk everyday
