Wonderful book! We read it at night time with my two year old son, and he loves it. It is the most comforting book, and very calming too.It is the story of a little fox who becomes bored and puts his house upside down, and find wayside reasons to challenge his parent’s love. But the parents love is unwavering, in all situations and possibility.The drawing is beautiful, and the rhyming is very soothing as well.The two characters are called “large” and “small” which gives the person reading aloud the Liberty to customise a bit the story.

Beautiful book one must have in their kids library

This is a must have , must read and experience book for all ages! Beautifully explores unconditional love for all ages. Debi Gliori is both author and illustrator and weaves her tale with beauty and grace. And cleverness - the Little one and the parent have no gender - the reader and the parent who reads aloud can imagine whether is it is the mom or dad or daughter or son... Each line of the story is poetic and laced with love and emotions...a book that you would never tire of.. my daughter often says now - " I love you no matter how I behave sometimes, ma... "

What a beautiful n touching story it is!.my girls 2 and 4 both love it.its their favourite bed time story.Brilliant illustrations for ur child to make up their own story as they go.It is not gender specific ..so depends on who is reading ..mum / dad we name the characters.Love the book.very good addition to my library.

Love this book.

The book, content wise is amazing! The elder figure in the book is not gender biased and the reader could imagine it to be mom or dad or grand parent; which I love! The colours are bright and eye catching and words, small and easy. Lovely!The only point I didn't expect was the size of the book. It is quite big for my child to hold or keep on his high chair tray. The specification didn't mention the size. It's nice to, however lie on the carpet and browse.
