This bouble burner works great. I wouldn't have posted a review but someone wrote one and said this item won't boil water. It will, as you can see from my initial test before using this to cook my dinner meal. I won't be using this everyday, but my portable generator will power this when camping and during power outages.

My kitchen is very small so I do not have a stove or oven to cook I rely on the hot plates to cook.I like that I can use both burners simultaneously or separately if I choose but i can not use this to cook.It’s perfect maybe to warm up food but I’ve had this burner on for over 15 minutes and the pot of water still hasn’t come to a boil and I actually pre heated the water so I didn’t have to wait so long for it to boil. *quick update the water started boiling at 18 mins 35 secs* using cool or room temperature water will take an even longer time to bring water to a boil.While using this hot plate the heat turns on and off throughout the cooking process to control the heat

Doesn’t boil water but can heat up food. So it’s okay.

We’ve had this as an additional cooking option while camping for about the past 4 months. It takes a little while for the units to get to a working temperature but once there it holds the heat and works great. It’s been reliable for us and has proven to be a good addition/option while camping. Glad we made the purchase.

The Kitchen Countertop Cast-Iron Double Burner was a great buy! I used it as an extra burner to heat food for a large party I was hosting. The food heated quickly and stayed hot on a low temperature. I also used it while traveling with my family. I highly recommend it.

looks Good But it is Super slow- Not advertise Honesty. The Stove Hardly Heats up (Either One). it took 20 minutes to heat up A very small dish (please see picture attached) . Painted Stove panels , Which Doesn't Last & Gets corrosion , It Should Have been powder Coated To Last A Little longer. Another Cheaply Made In China Product Sold For hefty $49.99 Here In USA

Takes half an hour to boil a pot of water to make pasta, starting with hot tap water. Added pasta, by the time the water boiled again, pasta was done, but with a weird texture, from having just soaked in hot water. Forget boiling potatoes, opt for baked or microwaved. 15 minutes to scramble eggs, about the same for grilled cheese. It cycles on and off constantly, like an electric plug in skillet. This unit, to me, is only good for heating or reheating, not Cooking.

Everything is great with this electric stove except for the part that it shuts of when it hits a certain heat level it’s for r safety and that’s great but there’s certain things you can’t cook because it requires the fire to be on high heat and this won’t do it it takes forever to cook real meals on this. I guess if you are just heating a sandwich or some soup it’s great.
