Not concentrated. Only 45 washes. Go elsewhere
The picture on the right is what I received. The picture on the left is what I thought I was going to receive. The picture on the right does not match the seller's picture - the seller's picture looks more like the one on the left (166 washes), but what I received clearly says just 45 washes.Disappointed, since this was not made clear, but I've posted this question explicitly now to make it more clear, for others in the future.Other sellers are selling the 5 Litre "166 Washes" concentrated product, so if that's what you're looking for, go elsewhere and don't buy this.

Doesn't seem to be good as shop ones. Seems watery. You need 3 softener dispenser fulls to get a good softness for a 9kg load. Which means you have to wait until the machine takes in softener.
