I have been taking Healthy Vida Power Pack Daily since October of 2017, and since then my husband who wasn’t taking Healthy Vida (he is now), has been sick twice, and the last time he had severe Bronchitis, and started getting sick while we were on a trip, and we had a 10-hour drive back to Mississippi where I was in the car all that time, with him constantly coughing and feeling really bad, and I was really surprised this time in particular that I didn’t get sick as well.All though I can’t be 100% certain that taking the Healthy Vida kept me from getting sick, I can say that in the last 14 months of taking Healthy Vida Power Pack Daily, I have been slightly sick once which only lasted a couple of days despite being around really sick people. I've been taking these for about 4 months and I really like the convenience of the individual packs especially when I travel. It's nice also because the individual packs aren't creating a lot of single use trash, just the simple packet.The formula itself is great - I was concerned about taking 4 pills but I have not had a problem with the volume of pills or had any side effects. I just make sure I eat something before I take them - that seems to help me best.Overall I really like the convenience & the efficacy of the product!

Have been taking these vitamins for several months. Vitamins, in general, never seem to give me a boost in energy or anything, but I do notice that after taking these i'm feeling pretty good. Will continue to buy these vitamins for this reason
