Way too small
Not big enough to fit on a common “medium sized” 7-8 inch wrist. My husbands wrist is 7.2 inches and wasn’t able to close it. The band is 7.7 inches in length, but because of the thickness of the rope when you attempt to put in on your wrist it loses about an inch in circumference. It should really be about 8.7 inches minimum in order to fit a 7 to 7.5 inch wrist. Even then, it might be uncomfortable because of the braiding and metal pieces would being very snug against the skin. The metal clasp is a screw so it’s a bit ackward to try to put on by yourself. The rope is fine, but seems like they intended it to be a one use item since they don’t include instructions for how the braid was made. I suppose you could look up some braids on YouTube to redo it but it would have been nice to have some instruction too.
