GoyaFoods Sardines in Tomato Sauce, 15-Ounce (Pack of 24)

The food quality is acceptable, but out of 24 cans, 22 are dented which can shorten the shelf life. If I wanted scratch&dent, I'd go to the food bank. Canceled my subscription. Disappointed.

The product itself was just as expected except instead of 24 we got 21. The problem is that the 21 cans were put haphazardly in a fairly large box with the result that most of the cans have dings and some have large indentations. I checked the individual cans and found nothing oozing out. Maybe if we eat the worst cans first we will be ok.

Tastes good and the fish are quite meaty. I usually sauté it with other vegetables .

I've opened 2 cans so far. Each can contained 3 large pieces of fish. The weight of the 3 pieces that were in the can in the picture was 6.5 oz. There is actually more tomato sauce than fish. The texture of the fish is pasty compared to other brands I have eaten. I won't be buying Goya brand again. I wish I could get Dolores brand on Amazon.

These are the best ever! They don't have a "fishy" taste, and their tomato sauce is very good, also. So glad I can buy them on Amazon. Highly recommended!

i picked up a can of these from the local chain grocery. it was a little bit cheaper than this current amazon price. i love these. i was curious. i love seafood but i'm not yet a sardine afishionado. have these ruined me? we will see. they are not fishy. they taste great to me. the tomato sauce is nothing special but it is good. this price is much better than other sardines but i don't have much other experience to compare quality. i was able to get 4 filling snacks out of one can. it says they are from ecuador. i'm not sure how sustainable that is. seafoodwatch says avoid atlantic and mediterranean sardines due to overfishing but pacific ones are ok. they specifically say canadian and usa pacific regions are ok but it does not mention south american pacific regions.

Don’t buy. Terrible products. Test very fishy
