Cables Only
Pack of 5 x 2m lightning charging cables for use with iPhone 6 (£9.99 Sept 2018). There is no actual charger - which is what most of the reviews seem to be about! The cables themselves are quite thin (but probably the same thickness as genuine Apple cables) and the spring protection at either end, which gives them flexibility, means that the cables are unlikely to 'fray' at the connectors (which is what happened to my original Apple cable over time). The iPhone is charging fine and, although it's early days yet, things look promising. But if there is a problem I have 4 spares (!) and, at £2 each, a lot less expensive than genuine Apple cables (these are also 2m in length as opposed to Apple's standard 1m).

It kinda does what it's suppose to but don't expect to much
I bought the portable charger as I was going camping for a week and thought it would be easier to use this than risk leaving my phone unattended to charge.I tested it at home first, It does take quite a while to charge up and the first initial charge lasted an impressive amount of charges to my phone & kindle, however after I had then re-charged the battery pack to use again (still at home) the charge didn't seem to last as long. Anyway, I took it camping and it kept my phone charged for the first part of the week but then the battery pack was flat - luckily there was somewhere I could charge it so it kept my phone going for the rest of the week.Pros: small (pocket sized), has a bright torch, does what it says on the tin, can charge 2 items at once, you can use your existing product leads (smart phone/kindle etc leads)Cons: the four indicator lights are really bright - not so great in the dead of night; it doesn't automatically switch off when phone is fully charged (so therefore wastes battery), torch drains battery; the indicator lights are inconsistent with actual remaining battery, doesn't charge iPod shuffles!!!!!Did it do what I wanted? - yesWill I use it again? - now I have it, yesWould I recommend it? - if you are only going away for a few days and don't need to charge your phone (or whatever) too much then yeh I suppose I would. If you are going away for more than a long weekend and will need to charge your phone fully each night then perhaps this isn't for you unless you can charge the battery pack somewhere

Just what "the usual guy" needs !
wanted one of those for travelling with mobile phones, sound docking stations, and my ipad / digital camera. now that our baby is due, and we will very likely spend a number of yet unknown hours in a labour ward, i thought now is the time where this charger may come in very handy.after looking at all the reviews, i thought the risk is minimal and went ahead. next day delivery as always delivered on the spot so, superb ! Now a list of what this beauty has charged alreadyiphone 5lg nexus 7ipad 4 and ipad mininokia lumia 520sony ps3 controllerwireless headsetbose bluetooth headsetelectronic cigarettesony hx20 camerabasically anything that you would charge using a mini or micro usb cable would chatge with this. I have charged an ipad from 5% battery to 100% 3 times beore the unit itself needed a recharge. the iphone can be recharged 5-6 times beforerecharge is needed. i am very happy about the size and look of the powergen as well, its fairly small and looks like apple themselves had a hand in the design, but we would never know. if this would break omorrow, i would order the same item again, so take this as my reommendation.

So far so goo
I am very pleased with this product so far. I like the optional connection leads but so far haven't used them much as I just plug in the standard leads that come with each device. I am pleased with the option of two charging amperage settings. This gives me a lot of flexibility in how I charge my devices. I only use it when I am away from a mains plug or not in my car. The bus or plane is a favourite spot or if I am on a train without a 13A socket. The torch is useful in an emergency and saves me from carry one around with me. One place it could be very useful is on the top of a mountain (Mountaineering is my hobby) when the phone battery goes flat and you need emergency rescue (hopefully I won't need to be rescued) because of its power I feel secure with it in my inner pocket (to keep it warm and dry - batteries had cold and wet - it tends to make them discharge very quickly) for emergencies. I like its neat appearance as well and the charge indication circles on the front are useful to check when it needs a recharge.

Great little battery
Hi Have the slightly smaller version of this battery for my iPhone 5, which will recharge my iPhone from 218% to 100% and still leave the last blue light on, so there is a little more charge to go.I was looking for a slightly larger battery to give me a bit more run time on my iPad 3.There are bigger batteries out there that will give a longer charge but I wanted something not too large but also to give me a good additional margin for when I need it.This little battery charged my iPad from 50% to 82% which I thought was not too bad and especially as I was actually using the iPad to play a game through most of the recharge period, if I had left it on its own I would think it would have got closer to 90% if not 100%.A great little investment at a very reasonable price and without being hugely bulky.RobinA little update.I am amazed at the capability of this little battery.I got on to a train with. 2.5 hour journey ahead of me.My iPad 3 was down to 36% and my iPhone 5 was down to 17%.By th end of the journey, this little battery was all but dead.HOWEVER my iPhone was up to 100% and my iPad 3 was up to 46% despite the iPad being on and in constant use throughout the journey.I am stunned at the power this little battery packs and charging both devices at the same time was brilliant. If I could give this battery an extra star I would!!!!!!!!!

Had this great little charger for about 3 years and it's still going strong. Best one I've ever had. It can charge the phone fully at least 4 times before dying.
