Brilliant!
I have tried many many multivitamin formulas to help with the stress and consequent tiredness I have been experiencing and this one just seems to suit me. I felt better from late into the first day of taking one. It must just be a combination that suits my body. The only thing I struggle with is the size - they are HUGE! That said, I could always cut them in half or crush them up into a drink if it was too much of a problem. Really very happy with these - feel calmer too. My husband takes Solgar VM75 but these definitely work better for me.

THESE TABLETS HAVE ALMOST CERTAINLY ALL THE VITAMINS AND MINERALS NEEDED ALL IN ONE TABLET. I FEEL THEY ARE VERY GOOD VALUE TOO.
