🔌 Power Up Your Style!
The Duracell Powermat AccessCase is a sleek and protective wireless charging case designed for iPhone 4/4S. It allows for easy attachment and removal, supports charging for multiple devices, and includes micro-USB access for seamless syncing.

Ups and downs since Duracell bought Powermat
The upside is that it grabs the connection when you lay it down on the new Duracell-owned pads where the old cases took multiple attempts to connect. The downside is the crazy deal at the bottom that makes it much longer than the old design and tight in pouches. It's also a little less durable I think because it's then around edges and mine cracked first time I dropped it.

OK not great
+ Does what it says.- Plastic cracks with minimal trauma. Edges are fairly sharp and a little uncomfortable. Lack of a pass-through means that to use a standard cable requires removal of the end connector - poor design. Due to spacing of earphone socket some will no longer fit, should consider incorporating an extension of the existing plug to permit all existing earphones to connector. Difficult to get aligned on older style mat.Overall OK, not great

Slight alteration makes this perfect.
Works great! The only issue is the plastic "wings" that come off of the copper colored connector on the bottom of the case. They only allow for the use of headphone cable connectors that are straight and small enough to fit into the provided hole. The headphone I use have a 45 degree connector and are also too big to fit by a little bit. But it's easy to break or use a hot knife to cut them off like I did in the picture. Removing them doesn't affect how well it holds on when the case is attached with the copper piece. It mostly stays put by how the charging piece connects to the lightning plug.

Don't bother
There are better solutions. It does wirelessly charge, but not very reliably. The extra battery attached is nice and doubles battery life, which is why it didn't get 1 star. On to the bad: it will randomly stop charging, making an annoying bling noise every couple minutes. It's enough to keep you up at night if you're a light sleeper. The battery pack makes it extremely thick and bulky. The battery pack will also fall off at the slightest nudge or bump. The case gives very little to no protection against damage. A face down drop will probably break your screen. The charging field is small, you you have to line it up pretty carefully. It's all just not worth the hassle, don't bother.

Does not work with Qi Chargers
This does not work with the more prevalent wireless charging spec Qi. I mistakenly bought this because on the box instead of saying it "works with Powermat charging surfaces" it just shows a super tiny Powermat logo. Which interestingly enough looks a lot like the Qi logo.If you are already invested in Powermat this product is great. But since the Nexus 4, Nokia and Samsung all have built in Qi enabled devices I think I will just look for a Qi charging case for my iPhone 5.

love the powermat - the iphone 5 case is not quality
I love the powermat system, was an early adopter of the 1st system, it was an ingenious way to eliminate so many cords. I waited and waited for the iphone 5 charging case to come out and when it finally did I was happy. Well, now not so much. I am on my 4th charging case - the 1st three, cracked and the bottom plastic insert snapped on two of them, my screen shattered and had to be replaced during use with one. I am not a "novice" iphone user - had the early model and early charging case without incident for 3 years prior to this one without ever having a problem. The material in this case of of poor quality plastic, it cannot withstand even small drop and does not protect the phone. Cases 2 and 3 stopped charging the phone unless they were paired with the backup batter charger (also a great device but poor protection for the phone) I am persisting despite this with one more case as I so love the convenience of the charging pad system. I have also contacted duracell powermat customer service directly and was very unsatisfied with their warranty/return system. They want the case sent back, then they look at it, then they will send you out a new one, so you are without the device for 3 to 4 weeks. I persisted with talking to a manager and he did then offer, to send out a gift card reimbursement for the case, which I did receive and use to order another from Amazon. This company was more responsive and had better quality design before duracell aquired them. On the postive note, I receive compliments on the "look" of the case, I really wish it worked!

Just useless for me i think
bought it but never use it. I tried it and two problems: 1. it covers antenna and signal strength reduced and in areas with low signal iPhone no longer your phone. 2. it makes phone bigger what is expected. 3. this is the main problem - you can use it only at home. everywhere else still need a wire or have mat ready. all these wireless charging useless until it's everywhere.

Overall, very much what I expected
I can see what others are talking about with the flimsy part on the bottom that is open for the mic and speaker. I agree, it is questionable. I can also see the need for the missing plug. However, coming from the 3gs charging case, I love that this is so light and small in comparison. This is not a case to take abuse for sure, but for drop and go charging, it is exactly what is needed.

Bueno
Muy buen material y funcionamiento; sólo le pongo un pero "no sé si sea solo mi equipo o pase en todos; pero me restringe la señal de wifi"Por lo demás está genial.
