Real wood, standard size, rich color
Cubes on a vertical dowel are introduced at 12 months+. The quality/price is great! Real wood, rich color. Highly recommended, just like other products they sell.

Paint off in baby’s mouth within minutes
My baby is still mouthing and within minutes of introducing this toy the blue paint was all over his lips. Straight into the trash. A waste of money.

Holes too small. The blocks get stuck.
The blocks don't slide on properly because the holes aren't drilled evenly and aren't wide enough to easily go on the pole. I can barely get them on and off without pulling HARD how is my toddler supposed to do the same!? Paint from the blocks is scraped onto the pole. Terrible quality.
