Bought this for a Super Bowl party and it was a hit. My favorite Cincinatti style chili.

So, a can of this, some elbow pasta, and a few crushed tomatoes. What you have is the best Beefaroni ever. Sprinkle some cheese on top. Or, with the Macedonian spice flavor profile, skip the cheese, use penne pasta, and think of it as weird quickie pastitsio. Totally yummy.

I imagine that if you had this chili in a restaurant, made from fresh ingredients, it would probably be pretty good. Evidentially, this is a regional chili of Cincinnati, of which I have never been. I bought this only because of it's high star rating. I think that this product is a matter of taste - it's just not for me.

This chili was not very good. I guess it's a Cincinnati thing. It tasted like it had cinnamon added, not something we put in chili down South. I found it to be very watery, not very hearty.

We usually drive from Chicago to southern Indians or Ohio to buy cans of this chili. It’s less expensive to buy it on Amazon and save the price of gas and motel!

Being from Cincinnati, the original in the restaurant is much better. The taste from the can was sub-par. Sorry, but I’m in NJ now and this is the closest I can get to the real thing.
