Cat and tie do not fit pencil
16 pencils for $10 is a little much. I misread the description, saw where it said 32 piece so I assumed 2 packs of pencils. My mistake, 16 pencils and 16 cards with the cat. That being said there is no way the paper cat punch out will go onto the pencil without tearing and if it does it’s so long you wouldn’t be able to use the pencil. I was able to salvage the product as we were making dr suess centerpieces so I hot glued the cat and his tie onto bamboo skewers to add to the centerpieces. The pencils are fine.

Better off just getting the pencils without the add on
The pencils are fine, but the add on Cat in the Hat is not what I thought it would be. For one thing, they tear easily and are difficult to get on. There is an added bow tie that is suppose to gone on there, but for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how. The kids took them off as soon as they received them because they interfered with their writing. I probably would not buy them again.
