Easy, Accessible Plant-Based Eating!
As a former dairy-free pescatarian and recent convert to veganism, I can solidly say that this is the most user-friendly vegan cookbook that I've personally found! Liv's shown her bright personality through her Youtube videos, and it's clear that she put a lot of care and time into these recipes as well. The book is prefaced with a list of cheap and accessible ingredients to always keep on hand and uses these throughout the recipes, which really minimizes grocery costs in comparison to some cookbooks with wild and ever-changing varieties of ingredients; she also puts a helpful "tip" on each recipe that might help out someone unfamiliar with making or eating it. Overall, the photography is gorgeous and clean, and everything is so easy to read, even when it's 2 a.m. and you need a cookie fix in your crappy kitchen lighting. I would highly recommend this for vegans of all sorts, but ESPECIALLY non-vegans looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into their diet, since the recipes are simple and the cost of the ingredients is low. Most importantly, everything I've tried so far is absolutely delicious!I'd also like to recommend the chocolate chip cookies and the lasagna soup...winters in Montana make me crave hearty and warm foods, and these really hit the spot. :)

AMAZING 🥰
10/10!I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BOOK!This was my first cookbook to ever purchase and I was a little hesitant to do so just because I wasn’t very good at cooking. I was scared that having written out instructions (vs her YouTube videos) wouldn’t be as straight forward, I was wrong. It’s so simple to understand and the recipes are so easy to follow yet so delicious (they never lack flavor). I purchased this book in hopes to get new ideas on what to cook on a daily basis and it helped me out so much more. Now I love to cook and try new food! I was very close minded when it came to food but this definitely helped me overcome that. I have a toddler and with that being said I think we can all assume sometimes it’s not easy finding something delicious yet nutritious that they will eat. This book also helped me out tremendously with that. I was a boot hesitant that I’d spend so much effort on one of the recipes and my son not like it/try it but he absolutely LOVES all the recipes I’ve made for him! His favorites include the tofu dippers (we call them tofu nuggets),the classic marinara sauce 🍅 (with pasta 🍝 of course), and the famous lasagna soup. 🥣 I would definitely recommend this book if you’re just getting into cooking or have years of experience, either way you will not be disappointed! 🥬🥒🥗🍪🥧🍰

Love this cookbook!
I have adored Liv B's YouTube channel for awhile so I was so excited to hear she had a cookbook! I've tried quite a few of the recipes in here and they were all great! The ingredients are easy to find, nothing crazy I've never heard of. Recipes are simple with minimum prep work. Recipes are yummy and help keep your budget on track! I LOVED the buffalo chickpea wraps, the summer rolls and the lasagna soup with almond ricotta. I totally recommend her book for fun, easy vegan food.

Best Intro to Vegan Cookbook Out There!
I have been a low-dairy pescatarian for about 7 months now and have been exploring veganism for a while now. I've been watching Liv's YouTube for about 2 years now and her recipes have never disappointed. This cookbook has soooo many delicious and cheap recipes that you'll always have something new to try.I made her Maple Curry Pasta the other day and added some veggie burger to help bulk it up. I fed it to my family-- notorious red meat and dairy eaters who consider vegan food to be rabbit food. They were raving about the pasta and even had leftovers the next day! When I told them it was vegan, they thought I was joking. I showed them how it was made and they were stunned! Now they want at least one family meal a week to be vegan! So if it can convert my meat loving family, I can assure it will have something tasty for you to try. :)

Nice and simple, missing some nutrition though
Let me start by saying that the book is absolutely beautiful! Tons of pictures, gorgeous glossy paper and the recipes are nice and easy. The recipes I have tried are tasty, but I add to them to increase nutrition. To be fair it is a budget book, and most vegetarian/vegan healthy ingredients are quite pricey which is what the author avoids, however you can definitely choose not to, follow exactly as stated and enjoy a delicious recipe. Having suffered from low energy because of my plant based diet for 21 years, there should be a bit of focus on iron/b12 though.

Simple, Easy, Practical, Fun, Tasty :)
This is a beautiful cookbook! It’s so simple, and the recipes are all very easy, simple, tasty and great for beginner cooks or plant-based eaters. The recipes are not “fancy” or difficult and require few ingredients and skill. They don’t pack on a TON of flavor... BUT I feel like they are great for everyday weekday meals or when you need to throw something healthy together quickly. However, she marks which recipes are great for gatherings, which I appreciated! I made the chocolate chip cookies for my family and they loved them and didn’t even realize they were vegan! I would have liked to see more entrees in the cookbook, but honestly, I am still pleased with the book. I really like Liv B as a person and she looks very pretty in the pictures in the book. :) Would recommend the book!

Cheap and tasty food that anyone can make
Liv has created many tasty, go-to meals. The photos of the dishes are so appealing to the eye that I immediately wanted to make them. The recipes have simple ingredients that are often found in the fridge and pantry, so there is no need to spend extra money on ingredients that you only use once.I would especially recommend this cook book to people who are new to veganism— or just learning to cook in general— because of the simplicity of techniques yet deliciousness of the meals.

Wonderful book!
I didn’t know who Liv was until recently (after I purchased this book), but man! I am sure glad I found her and this collection of recipes. I am new to the vegan lifestyle and this is an absolute gem. Not only are the recipes relatively healthy and easy to make, they are delicious! I also have a huge sweet tooth and I am so glad that Liv included a whole section on desserts. Worth the buy, 100%.

Perfect book with delicious vegan recipes
This is one of my favourite cookbooks. It is designed with so much love and the recipes taste amazing. I can only recommend to buy it <3 Especially when you're new to vegan cooking.

Easy simple delicious recipes
I love this book. Who ever thought a vegan diet was boring will change their mind with this book. The recipes are tasty and very easy to make. Plus, most items are either easy to find or already in your pantry

There are some really great recipes in this book, with some lovely looking images of the food. Book looks great sitting on the bookcase while I sit eating a large vegan takeaway pizza for the 3rd day in a row.

Vegan food made easy, delicious and approachable!
Love this cookbook! I have been following Liv’s YouTube journey from almost the beginning and have always loved her recipes. She puts a lot of time and love into what she does and it shows in this cookbook just like all her other projects. I have already made and loved lots of the recipes (the east coast chowder is incredible) and I can’t wait to make the rest!
