Q: What's benefits to this tea give you

I add a sachet of the Korean Ginseng with lingzhi to my morning coffee to give myself a boost of energy. It is not recommended to add it to a nighttime beverage if you want a good night's sleep it would probably keep you awake and restless.

Q: Did this use to be available in small cubes that looked like sugar cubes?

No ! it is a powder form It was not too sweet

Q: I don't taste anything? Is that normal?

This powder has very little flavor so it mixes well with soup or coffee or such to add a nutritional boost without adding a strong taste of its own.

We love this tea!

Actually, we use it in many forms - sprinkled on the top of the foam of our morning coffee, and sprinkled directly from packet to tongue... it's really delicious.
