My wife and I used to walk everywhere until she had chemotherapy treatment. Although she is well again she does not have the stamina to walk very far now. She rented an electric scooter on holiday and she enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the type she used was large and not very transportable. So we thought that we would look at the folding versions but the Covid-19 crisis meant that all of the showrooms were shut. I was wary of purchasing it on the internet but I need not have worried because Lee at Mobility Solutions was so very helpful. He made sure that we selected the right model for our needs and provided all the guidance we needed.The unit arrived the day after it was ordered. I am not a practical type of person but I had it up and running in less than 30 minutes.The scooter is excellent in every way. It is comfortable to sit on and ride. It is very easy to operate the controls.I am in my mid 70s but I have no problem in lifting it in and out of the car. We will also take it with us when we go away in our campervan. We will be visiting RHS gardens, strolling along LLandudno promenade ....... the list is endless!

I bought this scooter for my husband. He already has a standard one but felt restricted as it doesn't go in the car and he doesn't want a wheelchair.I read the reviews first some good some bad. Then l went ahead with the purchase. The scooter does everything it says it should in the description. I suffer with arthritis and can still manage to lift the scooter into the boot of the car. My husband is delighted with it and can now trundle around places he hasn't been for years.There was a few teething problems of my own making, due to me trying to charge the dummy battery etc.Lee dealt with my every question with the upmost patience. He really is a credit to the company and without his help l would probably of given up. I only dealt with Lee and had the most fantastic customer service experience ever. One day l emailed him four times. He always rang me back within 20 minutes. A massive thank you to him.I would not hesitate to use this company in future because the after care you receive after the purchase is amazing.

So glad I bought this scooter. It is easy to open and fold, once you know where to start. No aseembly required, easy to charge and runs for a good time. Comfortable and easy to use. maybe not for all day use but for my purpose it gave me independence back and enables me to have days out.The only gripe is that when it is folded it has no purpose build handles to lift it in and out of the car and is quite heavy, but it needs the weight for sturdyness. Mine came in red and is a lovely colour. We added it to our household insurance, something easily forgotten...
