As the bottle is a pump action bottle, you must turn the top in order to begin the bottle dispensing the lotion, so spills or leaks during transit are not likely, and, because it is also shipped inside a plastic bag, any leaks or spills would stay sealed inside the plastic (which is good to know when you have multiple items being shipped together). The content is white in color, with a lotion consistency, and a light fragrance. When I say ‘light’, I mean it, any heavy or strong fragrances instantly gives me a headache, and this fragrance is light enough it doesn’t bother me, even when applied to my face.I have been using this for a few weeks to a month, and I have to say that I L-O-V-E!! this stuff!! I’m not sure if it is the Retinol (used to cause cell regeneration) or Ferulic Acid contained in it, but it works GREAT!I use it on my face, and it makes my face super soft, and the BEST PART? It has help to completely clear up the Cystic Acne I have been battling on my jawline. It was originally about the size of my thumb+fore finger, and I used some dermatology prescribed lotion that costs way too much, which helped but caused me chemical burns everywhere else it touched. I then used hydrofluric acid or whatever it’s called, which was good and helped the acne to lessen, yet it was still there...BUT, after only a few applications of this lotion, the cystic acne (toughest to get rid of) is completely GONE! and even though it is a lotion it does NOT clog my pores or cause any acne or anything bad. I also applied this lotion to one elbow that had a callous, because I habitually prop myself up on that elbow when laying down, and it took no time at all for this lotion to re-moisturize my elbow and make it baby skin smooth again!Seriously, this stuff amazed me so much, that I waited to write this review, until AFTER, I placed my 2nd order, because I didn’t want them to run out!..*laughs* I joke, but my 2nd order is scheduled to arrive this coming Friday!I definitely recommend this seller, as fulfillment I believe is through Amazon, so it is lickity split in your hands!I absolutely without reservation, Recommend You BUY & TRY this beauty product! If they made this in a gallon drum, I would buy it! The most amazing lotion I’ve ever purchased. Never before have I had an “anti-wrinkle” product that actually WORKED. And it’s a huge bottle at a totally reasonable price. I have spent stupid amounts on tiny containers that delivered nothing. This WORKS. If they stop making it, i’ll be devastated. LOVE IT! It solved my crepey skin issues. I’ve graduated from using it only in spots to all over my arms, face, and legs. It is also decreasing a deep wrinkle between my eyebrows.Note: it’s a little sticky at first but it soaks in and your skin will feel amazing. It also hs a strong powdery fragrance — I personally love it, but if you have a fragrance sensitivity, it might be a little much for you.This is not a paid or compensated review in any way, shape, or form. Im in my 20s and was looking for a retinol body cream mainly as a preventative measure, to help with some sun spots (from tanning with no sunscreen for years because i thought that made sense) and to aid with my mild bacne. The ingredients in this body cream do not lie: retinol, ferulic acid, glycerin all have undeniable benefits for the skin, regardless of the a persons age. A common complaint I'm seeing is that this cream doesn't hydrate the skin enough, but i find it to be sufficient on my normal skin considering it has a pretty high concentration of retinol. Retinol IS drying, so I'm actually surprised that with the concentration, it doesn't dry the skin out more. This is absolutely to be expected from retinol.My one issue with this cream is the smell. It smells like a sweet apple, but not the fresh green apple kind... more like a granny smith thats gone soft and dry from being left in the fruit bowl for too long. The smell also lingers. If this was fragrance free, I would give 5 stars.

I have been using this all over body lotion daily for several years now. I believe that all over skin care is critical to aging gracefully, and I have been extremely happy with the results til now. The old pump used to dispense an ample supply, it only took a few pumps to do my entire body. The new pumps dispenser so little product that it now takes me closer to 25 pumps to moisturize after my shower. Don’t ruin a good thing. Bring back the old pumps please.

This lotion is very nice. I just bought two more bottles. I expect they will last a very long time as you don't need much, but I got two for such a great price. Great value for the money. It is very thick in consistency, very moisturizing, last all day. Not sure how it works on wrinkles, if it removes them or not, but I can say it makes my skin so very soft and my face feels so supple. And it's's durable because it stays on so very well

I really had high hopes when I saw a body lotion with retinol and ferulic acid but, when it came I realized there is not the best ingredient list nor does it ever say what amount of any ingredients are in the lotion.The moisturizer is moisturizing at first but quickly dries and not in an absorbed way just not feeling it is being absorbed well or making any difference. The pumps DO NOT WORN ON EOTHER despite continued cleaning and half hours spent pumping to get the lotion to come out the pumps on either bottle. This product has a very good chance of success if they up the transparency on active ingredients and amounts, better pumps that actually pump and I, for one, am really hoping they listen to the reviews and make some needed upgrades as their is no other lotion on the market for these ingredients (if they are really even active or in an absorbable form) for the entire body. I don’t think they are though and have seen barely any reason to buy again until this is done.

I absolutely love this product! It's so moisturizing and is unscented which I especially adore. Here is the problem, it's been out of stock for A WHILE!! What is going on? Please bring it back!!!!

After using a full bottle daily, on my belly, I have not seen any improvement on the skin. This is a moisturiser only. I do not recommend that if you have saggy skin.

Awful product!Doesn’t moisturise skin at all.Definitely doesn’t make a difference to aging skin.You can’t even send back for refund!And it’s so expensive for rubbish!I’ve given 1 star for quick delivery!

The retinol cream really helps with crepey skin but the pump will not work however much it is pumped. This makes it hugely annoying and I have had to dispense it into an alternative bottle. The maker really needs to review the bottle design.
