The unit arrived and was easy to set up, the directions said the unit would beep when ready to use, waited and waited but no beep. Tried the unit with the acetone inside the "well" but wanted to be careful as the bottom can get warm, because of the heat element. Honestly great concept but not very effective, still had to SCRAPE to remove remaining get polish. Had to return as the heat element and not being able to see the bottom of the unit once you put your fingers in made me too wary of burning my fingertips!!

It removed my acrylic nails in less than half the time it would take just soaking them regularly and filing with hand file

I bought this product to try removing acrylics. The description claims it will remove acrylics in about 10 mins. The gel polish I had on came off quickly, but it’s taking close to an hour to melt off acrylics. Not ideal. I will use this for gel only in the future - works amazingly for gel!!!

I love going to the salon 1-2 times a month but I just don't like the amount of time it takes from start to finish so I wanted to buy something I could do at home to cut down the time. Went to set it up and noticed the adapter was there but the connector (plug into wall) was missing. Ok that bothered me but after looking for a 2 prong connector in my house, found one that would fit and plugged it in. It beeped so I got pretty excited...until an hour passed and it still didn't heat up!!! So now I have to go through the trouble of returning this. This cost too much money not to work!!!

The design is not comfortable for people with average to small fingers. The heat gets to hot at times. There should be a way to adjust the heat.

Gets up to a good temp. Works well
