I bought my first wax kit came with 4 bag of wax.The best seller on amazon with 1k reviews. Did a lot of research on wax warmers before purchase.The wax was awful.It super stringy. it melt like plastic with strong smell. That was annoying. once the wax hardened, it became brittle and did not remove hair.the wax is complimentary.cannot blame.the heater work but not great.only last 2months.This was my first time trying the infamous brand! Got this kit and was pleasantly surprised!! Really liked this cute warmer. when the light turned yellow, it will keep warm and the wax maintained creamy. OMG i must say the wax turned out amazing! LOVE LOVE THIS WAX The wax have good fragrance. It comes off in one piece. It also didn’t break while removing. Will buy more wax

Perfect for beginner!! I have been waxing my legs, armpits and private areas at a salon for over a year now at a HUGE expense and I am new to home waxing. I was able to wax my armpits with no trouble. The warmer came with easy to use melting/warm instructions and then you literally just spread the wax the direction of the hair growth and rip it off the opposite direction! I experienced no irritation afterwards. The lotion provided is good for after soothing. Save yourself a TON of money and buy this water!!

I’m really impressed with this wax warmer! I was on the fence since it didn’t have a lot of reviews. I’m very happy with it and I love how small it it! The wax works well too! I did my armpits and bikini line and works great! I had to go over a few areas again but that it normal. The more you wax the easier it is to pull the hair out and becomes less painful (even though it still hurts) It warms up fast. Make sure to read the directions for tips such as holding the power button for 3 seconds to transition it to the warming stage. The light turns green (warming stage) after a while on its own. I do find myself turing it on and off so I can reach my perfect temperature but I don’t mind! Better than the microwaveable stuff I was using before! Definitely would recommend! Also, I apply coconut oil to my skin before I wax and that helps a lot! You can purchase pre epilation oil for waxing as well. My little secret for waxing after care is applying antibiotic cream/ointment to the area. It works like a dream!!

So, I took the time to try this product multiple times before I wrote my review. One thing that isn’t listed in the product details are the wooden spatulas. This product does come with a few large ones and a few smaller ones. The warmer it’s self is tricky. The warmer is suppose to have three light indicators (yellow, red, and green). The lights change by temperature, which is highly important. You can switch It to red to warm the wax beans, them automatically It switches to yellow when It hits perfect temperature. However, you have to listen for the “beep” that indicates the melting change. Then, It switches to green to keep the wax liquified. But, if you have to go back and add more beans to wax, that’s the worst. The warmer can be switched back to red but, It can’t understand the temperature. So, It will not “beep” or switchto yellow at all. The instructions say you can push and hold It to yellow, but It doesn’t work. I have burned my skin because of this. (Nothing crazy but a definite discoloration where I laid the wax on my skin). So advice for the warmer is once you start put enough in the warmer so you don’t go harming yourself. For the actual wax, you get white wax, which doesn’t do much, but I’m glad it’s in there to help you practice without wastin the good stuff. The chamomile wax does better on course hairs than finer ones. And sometimes I feel as the wax doesn’t pull all hairs out of the root, but the wax still removes them. I do all proper care to make sure that the wax can adhere to the roots, but It doesn’t always work. Overall, I have It a three because It WORKS but I know there is something better. So amazing!—————————————————The warmer does not automatically switch into “warming” mode. Mine stays on the red setting, and never turns to the green. I waited 10 minutes, as stated in the instructions, the wax melted but the machine never went into warming setting. I waited an extra 5 minutes, and I could see “steam” coming out of the machine and it felt extremely hot to touch. I turned it off.Unfortunately, I will be returning.

While the instructions can be a little confusing, the seller has great customer service. I ordered this small warmer to use for small areas(I have a starpil prof warmer). Once you understand the process of how to use it, it works great! The seller promptly send me a message in whatsapp..thank you Sara!!! So to start the warmer does take more than 5 mins to warm(red light/cool(green light). You gotta give it time. At first I wasn’t giving it enough time. Now I know that it can take longer.. it’s practical for me to travel with it.Only 2 things that I personally would like was 1)for the wax to be a little warmer(maybe am used to my big warmer)2) wax smell/quality could be a little better but it does what it supposed to do at least for me. Nice packaging and presentation.So, I could of given them 4 stars for my opinion but having such fast response from seller, I give them a 5.
