Product was not offered as a complete kit.
The worst experience that I have ever had purchasing from Amazon. Only after I received the print head cleaner did I notice in very small print that the cleaning solution was not included. The product should have been offered as a complete cleaning kit with the bottle of solution since it was offered as a kit. A total waste of money.

Great stuff
My printer is like new. I will never use aftermarket print carts again. and highly recommend this to clean an Hp printer head. I used aftermarket ink carts and my printer and it started leaving lines in pics and then got worse and worse. I gave up on it for nearly a year and used my hp officejet 200 portable printer. I saw this product just by chance and thought it's not to expensive so why not try to clean my print head...and to my surprise it worked great. I highly recommend this product to bring you HP printer back to life.

Directions are confusing
I have a printer that needs this repair but the directions are rather confusing. It seems that some of the steps are missing. Instructions are poorly written.

Product and seller were a HUGE disappointment.
Obscenely overpriced pieces of plastic that did not even include the cleaning solution (which I had to buy separately. I will NEVER patronize SuperDi again.

CLEANING FLUID IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT! KIT IS USELESS!
Kit did not have cleaning fluid! Did not say what kind of cleaning fluid to use! Very confusing! I want to return kit!
