I love these! I was worried about buying bands from amazon, especially since these aren’t expensive. I’ve been eyeing some nice ones, but they were around $20 per band, so I thought I’d give these a try first. And WOW! these are excellent quality bands and give my booty a burn. I’m a petite woman, so I don’t usually use the largest band, though I think if you’re legs are bigger, that would work well for you. I use the medium band right now and will eventually be strong enough for the smallest one. They’re very thick material and wouldnt even think about rolling up. They don’t feel like they’ll lose stretch for a long time. So pleased! I’ll reccomend these to friends :)

I've been incorporating bands into my workouts for a while now. I always have to borrow them from my gym and finally decided to invest in some that are my own (that I can also workout from home with). I love, love these!! They're thick, strong and overall good quality. I'm personally not a fan of the rubber resistance bands. These are cotton and I find them to be more comfortable when used. They don't slip (as other reviews mention) and are easy to clean. It comes with the black travel case that's shown in the photo. I usually fold them in there and throw it in my gym bag. The price is honestly a steal too. They sell bands in stores that aren't half as good and retailed higher. I recommend this as a purchase anyone interested in fitness should make.

These are fantastic! In the past, I’ve only used the flimsy rubber style bands but these fabric ones are a game changer. They are high quality and the seams are well-stitched — I don’t have any concerns about seams popping or unraveling. They stay in place and don’t roll on you like the rubber ones. I appreciate the 3 different sizes/tensions — I’ve made use of all 3 of them in the few weeks I’ve been using them. My only complaint, and it is admittedly very minor, is the screen-printed logo on them. It’s a little larger/more glaring than I would like. But I’m someone who doesn’t like a lot of words/logos on my gear or clothes — maybe that’s just me. At any rate, I just flip the bands inside out so the logo isn’t so obvious.

This isn't the 1st product I've purchased from this company. They make fantastic, well crafted items.I'm used to the elastic bands that easily tear with a small knick in the material. These bands have a knitted elastic that stretches extremely well and doesn't curl and roll up, which makes it more effective for the areas I'm focused on targeting when I use them. I also assume that these bands are going to last me way longer than the typical elastic band due to the fact that over time they dry up more and have the possibility of snapping faster with every use because of sweat.I highly recommend anyone incorporating resistance band work to get these. If I could give a follow up review in 30 days of using these, I certainly would.

For the price, this is an okay product. There is definitely a gross smell, like soured chemicals, that comes from them, and I cannot seem to wash it away- not overpowering, but definitely there! Also, they are definitely the same resistance, just different sizes, which sort of defeats the purpose. I can do most exercises with the large band, as it is pretty decent tension, but the smaller bands are way too tight, unless you're jacked out of your mind, I guess. They work for squats and lunges, and stay in place. Definitely wear with pants or leggings because the seam is sharp. If you are looking for a cheap resistance band, this is an okay option. I probably would have invested in a nicer one if I knew what these were like, though.

After learning the hard way that most rubber fitness bands don't have enough resistance, roll up and make any exercise uncomfortable, and break quickly, I went in search of some fabric resistance bands. These suited my needs perfectly. They're thick, good quality, and comfortable to work with. I'm pleased and would highly recommend.

The pack I received had been previously used - see what looks like deodorant marks in the picture. Also the large light blue band has what looks like dirt/sweat on it. The bands themselves are 5 stars as they don't snap, they don't roll and are great for all fitness levels. Just grossed out by receiving a used fitness item.

I was skeptical because I don’t really buy from brands I’ve never heard of. But I was looking for bands that weren’t rubber because I was tired of my old set not staying where it needed to be. I took a chance after reading reviews for this product. And honestly, I am 100% satisfied. This product is really durable and is exactly what I was looking for. It doesn’t slip off, the resistance is spot on. After using these during leg day, i was so sore. That glute activation was 100% spot on with these too. I’ve yet to try the heaviest, but overall I can say I’d recommend this product. 9/10 (since I haven’t used the heaviest band just yet)

So here are my likes about this product, which I just opened 20 minutes ago. They look great at first glance, delivery was very quick, the colours are nice.Here are my dislikes: they do not look like the pictures AT all, the material separated when I pulled at one, they do not have a booklet or anything to indicate which is which resistance and I don’t think it’s really from spawn as the logos on mine are just cut out from iron on paper and stuck on, which one didn’t even come with a logo on it. a little disappointing to say the least after all the reviews I read, which were so positive. I will be returning these bands.

The bands are decent quality and would be great for beginners. However, the band I used during in person classes was much tougher resistance and even the heaviest band in this set wasn’t as challenging as the one I used previously. The reason I’m rating 3 stars is because I never use two of the bands so it seems like a waste to me.

Love these. Use them all the time and they are still going strong. Buy these if you hate the elastic bands that roll up when you use them. I also like that it has different resistance levels and the heavy actually feels like heavy resistance.The only thing that I don’t like is that it has one bulky stitching that goes vertically to connect the band into a loop. Which it was more seamless than that.

I bought these resistance bands because the previous ones I had, were flimsy, made of rubber and would always roll up and dig into my thighs, these are the complete opposite, they are super comfortable and don't roll up at all, they are expensive looking and great for the price. I've only used the light band so far, but still, I really recommend.

I love the lowest strength light blue band!! I use it literally every single day whether it be during squats, sitting at my desk (hip abduction) or even lying on bed on my phone and feeling bad for not exercising, I try to do some abduction exercises.
