It's better than you think. I brought this for a backup phone for emergency only and its very good for its age. I don't really recommend it as your main phone as it is unsupported unless you make another Gmail account.

signal is rubbish on 02 even though I live in A good spot for that network changed sims to another 02 still rubbish. bought in march and I have just replaced the battery as it was not charging correctly, if this ones dont work its going back..

The delivery itself was fine and on time, but there have been various problems with the handset itself, including faulty playback of audio and video content, headphone jack not working consistently, phone resetting itself for NO reason, and not being able to make calls, but only sometimes. Will not be purchasing another HTC handset.

Think twice before you buy, we wish we hadn't gone for them. Got sent a replacement and still having serious problems. looses connection with network and randomly turns itself off even when battery got plenty of charge. Very disappointed.

A few problems with contacts disappearing and now it has started to refuse to wake up unless the battery is removed. Currently away for repair.

My dad got this for me and I paid him back for it. It's a great phone, I love it and I will never go back to a Samsung. It's features are exactly what I need, the music player is great, I love both cameras, and the games you can get on it.The only thing for me is the clock on it seems to like going a few minutes fast but it's no biggie, I have a watch and I don't really care. It works. So that's the main thing. I love it!
