Biology of Marine Mammals Paperback – Illustrated, September 17, 1999

I bought this to go along with my Biology of Marine Mammals course. It is a very easy and informative read. Some of the chapters can get a little complicated, but most of it is written in a way that makes it easy to understand as you go. Not too dry or dull.

Great read

This book is a great comprehensive look marine mammal biology that covers a lot of areas. It reads like a scientific paper, so beware if you're looking for something simple to read, this is a little deeper. But it's a great book!

Tous ce qui touche de près aux mammifères marins est abordé, relativement précisément, avec des sources complètes.Physiologie, Physique, Biologie, Ethologie, Ecologie, beaucoup de sujets sont abordés.Anglais scientifique nécessaire!Bien fait. Ecriture pas trop petite.Mais : Photos en Noir et Blanc.Parfois un peu rasoir (un peu introductif, et superficiel)Je le conseille à tout étudiant/jeune professeur souhaitant approfondir ses connaissances générales sur les mammifères marins.
