DELISH - in carbonated water
I use a glug of this in carbonated water and it’s just fantastic – really real authentic flavor. It taste like concentrated blood orange juice. That’s the highest compliment I can give.

Undeniable the Best!
This Blood Orange syrup is absolutely the best one I have tried and I have tried many. First off, there is real blood orange juice in it as well as blood orange peel oil which I believe helps to give it more flavor and you don't need to use much to achieve the flavor you desire. It also has more of a syrupy consistency. Other products I have tried didn't even include anything close to real blood orange juice in their ingredients, if they even show you the ingridents. I have no idea how they are allowed to even sell something that does not have the ingredients to represent the product. They are made with water, sugar, more sugar, food coloring, artificial flavoring that didn't include anything blood orange related, and preservatives. I highly recommend Liber & Co. It is a little more expensive than some of the other brands but to me it is well worth it. You will get what you're looking for; excellent flavor and natural ingredients. Save your money and don't bother trying the others. I did it for you and the winner is Liber & Co. You're welcome!

Great in a "margarita".
I put margarita in quotes because it's not a true margarita. I make a blood orange margarita with this syrup. 2 Oz tequila (I use tequila I infused with habanero, so it's a spicy blood orange margarita), 1 ounce blood orange syrup, 1 ounce lime juice. Shake with ice, pour into double low ball glass. To be fair I usually double this and pour into a bigger glass. Basically I'm replacing the orange liqueur with this syrup. Delicious. Liber and Co. syrups are the best.

Pretty good syrup and good recipes on the bottle.
I have also tried Liber & Co.'s orgeat which is also pretty good. I am not sure what the alternative is for home mixologists, who use syrups regularly-- but not enough to justify the effort and expense of making them. Moreover, commercial syrups tend to be more stable than certain homemade recipes, meaning they are viable a bit longer, but still must be consumed within a certain time period. This blood orange is flavorful, colorful and has a natural-tasting sweetness.

Ever had a Blood Orange Bourbon Old Fashioned?
Try it. One-quarter ounce L&Co Blood Orange Syrup, one-half ounce simple syrup, 4-dashes bitters, and your spirit of choice. YUMMY! Great stuff!

Tasty, but a bit sweet
This makes a nice addition to sparkling water or used as a triple sec substitute in a margarita (which then turns an interesting dark-red color). It’s a little sweeter than I thought it would be, so I use it sparingly. However, the flavor is very good.

Sweeter than I expected
This is ok but I did not expect it to be as sweet as it is. It you'e looking for something slightly bitter and orangey, get something else.

Excellent taste
I used this to make Blood Orange BBQ sauce. It worked incredibly well. A tad sweet, but that ended up working in my favor. We used it on pulled pork, but I think it would be better on chicken. Next batch. Still, nice and thick with good flavor.

Pricey
I was expecting a real blood orange flavour and zip. This has neither. Sugary yes, blood orange flavour no. Between the price and the flavour, disappointed.
