B&GSan-Del Hot Chopped Peppers, 1 Gallon

There's a sub shop in a town on the Jersey shore which I won't name that uses these peppers and when I went there (before I knew the brand) I'd always wonder where they got their hot peppers or how they made them. One day I saw them filling their little plastic cups with these peppers from the big tub and took a picture of the jug so I could try to find them myself. Buying a big gallon jug of these was a great decision. They're delicious, not too spicy but they pack a kick, and they're FULL of flavor. They're diced small enough to mix into just about anything and they spread amazing on sandwiches. Every time I put them on things or bring them to gatherings, everyone asks me how to get these peppers. They're the secret ingredient I put in everything. Buy the jug, try them on a sandwich, and then be happy that you've still got nearly a gallon of them left!

I come from MD and have used this brand forever for my cheesesteaks. They MAKE the sandwich!! The last shipment I got seems slightly different: not as red in color n more liquidy. Same great taste tho.

Years ago every sub shop used to use peppers on their sandwiches and cheesesteaks. I was looking forward to that when I moved back east again. Unfortunately this is not the case anymore. Even shops I used to go to do not even make peppers. The hunt began to find the peppers I remembered as a child. I found it! It tastes exactly as I remembered having as a child. I’ve bought several bottles and purchased more for family members. To me it’s not a authentic hoagie or cheesesteak without these peppers.
