Terrific aftermarket strap for Apple Watch
I have to admit this is pretty good. Somewhat skeptical at ordering an aftermarket strap with no ratings, now I've had it and used it for a couple of weeks I'm really pleased.I wanted a strap that was very chunky leather, I found the genuine apple ones very thin. This is very thick. It comes from china, regardless of how it may be presented, and is fairly thick. When new, it had a very heavy leather smell and was extremely stiff. This certainly has improved with wear.It looks good, fits perfectly. I've worn it daily for two weeks, except when in the gym when I reverted to the Nike rubber strap as I don't want to sweat all over this. Seems to be fairly waterproof, certainly any splashes when washing hands, or in the rain outside (this is England in the summer...) don't leave any marks.If anything, the actual metal buckle is a little bit thin and cheap feeling, and the colour is a very orangey brown for the tan, but that's nitpicking really.For the money, I think it's very impressive value and appropriate quality. No sign of any problems with stitching, or creasing/wrinkling on the leather, but it has only been two weeks or so ! I'm very pleased with it so far and would heartily recommend this.
