Great product that offers so many things you can do on it.

I’ve been using Amazon for years and never had a problem. But be ware this is a scam product. Item would not turn on or have any charge. Charger looks used and package came opened already. (Not the Amazon box) if you get this return it asap or you’ll lose your money.

My dad ordered this watch. When he told me how much he paid for it, it brought up a red flag for me. $800+ for a Series 4 watch- no way! Plus, the magnetic closure does not latch to the watch face correctly. We are returning this product and expect a full refund. @amazon, how can you create a better shopping experience for older people like my dad who are taken advantage of on your marketplace. This would never have happened at the Apple Store or directly through Apple’s website.

Bought the Apple Watch with the Hermes band for over $1K. The band is nice leather, but wears out quickly, like 6 months, under normal wear. Hermes won’t answer the phone or return an email, Apple says refers me to Hermes. I tell them I tried that. An Apple supervisor calls to sympathize, but basically wastes another 20 minutes of my time telling me they can’t help with their Lerner Hermes and don’t care enough about my thousands of dollars yearly I spend on their products to eat a $100 band for me.

I bought this as a gift which was given to my husband on April 7. I have an apple watch, love it, and was excited to give the gift to my husband. The watch will not turn on. Reached out to Amazon and was told was past the time to return. How can I exchange or return something before it was given as a gift. I would love to exchange for a working watch.

Bought on July 19th and still waiting on my AppleCare info. Save yourself the hassle and buy directly from Apple.
