I like that this neck wrap works in my truck. It gets warm enough to do the job. It is comfortable. Plugs into a USB. The area of heat is small, but you can situate it to where you need it. The little disk that magnetically attaches to the pillow comes off easily. The pillow folds up and goes into the jocky box. I'd buy it again.

Not but I expected. Thought the white gray color was plastic, this pillow is all soft. It is very comfortable. But have others have said the connection comes undone too easily, and the switch on the cord is in difficult to see and very cheap technology. the very poor instructions tell you to make sure you don't turn it on until it's on place and connected, but when I put it on my neck and plug it in the switch shows this automatically on half the time. This is a concern because the connector constantly becomes unplug while it is still on and powered. Coed is wat too short. I wish I had chosen another product but this one is comfortable and does warm if you can keep it connected I guess I'll keep it.

This was ok. The area that is heated is only 3 inches by 2 inches - so the back of your neck - no sides no top of sholders. The usb cord is 2 feet so you really need to buy a(n) usb extension cord to use. Does get nice and warm - to hot - second setting is way cooler - almost no heat.

I purchased this heating neck therapy pillow because I get terrible tension headaches and I have always put a heating pad around a regular pillow to try and relieve the pain but it gets too hot, falls out of place and hard to adjust a standard pillow like that so when I saw this product I was very excited. It is not very large which is great because it fits perfectly around your neck and not too bulky. It raises your head and puts it at the perfect angle. It heats up perfectly at different temperatures and I love that the cord is nice and long, it connects to the pillow magnetically, very secure. Please note it doesn't have a massage feature which I think is fine because when I have a migraine or tension headache I don't like the feel of vibrations as it makes it worse. I absolutely love this heated pillow it's so comfortable, relieves pain, and is easily transported for travel, even has a cute storage bag. I would definitely recommend it.

I was replacing the last pillow I had after surgery. I loved my last pillow. This one is HORRIBLE.IT doesn't stay on, it barely works. I'm super disappointed.

Product came as described. It has a few flaws in my opinion. First, the cord connected to the neck wrap magnetically so it would continually disconnect if I moved at all. Second, it didn’t get warm enough. My regular heating of gets much warmer even on its mid setting. Lastly, it was way to rigid and firm to really be comfortable. I’m sure for some this would be a good product. It just wasn’t for me.

charging time does not last long enough
