Its a good sponge but cells are a little to dense for my purposes.
A little more dense than I thought they were the cells are not as big as I would like . But its still a good sponge. The only thing I can see this making an issue is if you're going to paint with them and you want that splochy sponge effect. You will still get it but not as much as a natural sponge (obviously) or a sponge with bigger cells/inclusions.

Too small, not absorbent enough for pottery
I purchased these for use in the pottery studio, mainly for throwing on the wheel, but also for clean up during glazing. These are not as absorbent as other sponges I have purchase, and definitely too small for my needs. I won't be purchasing these again for my use.

poor quality
These are not good for much in the pottery world. They disintegrate with any rubbing. Not what I was expecting. Pay a little more and get something that holds together.

1/3 of the sponges were not even round!
13 of the sponges I received (and there were two extra so that was nice but not nice enough for the bad ones) looked like they had been cut by a 5 year old with a kids pair of scissors. They were sort of round, and sort of flat but certainly not like the picture when I purchased them. The cuts were uneven and a few of them were just randomly cut. I have not tried them out yet (they were purchased for face painting, I hope they at least work for that) so I can't rate that part but as for the quality, I would say, poor.

Decent sponge for ceramics
I bought this set for my ceramics class, to share with others for the purpose of tool-making.Not quite as nice as the one in my starter kit or others I've bought at Blick, but certainly will get the job done.And a great price means I can use the savings on other tools and sponges!

A little dense
These are fine - a little more dense than I would like, but they are holding up ok so far.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. I run a ceramics studio and got them to replace some old ones. I will have to buy another set from somewhere else. These will probably be thrown out.

brushes aren't good for making clouds but these worked wonderfully!
