This was my first ever chemical peel and I appreciated the emailed instructions. Not sure why they don't include with the product, but the instructions came before product arrived and allowed me time to read and prepare. I did find it tingly at first, but after using it a few times I tingled less and eventually ordered a stronger peel from Carbon which I still use.

No directions, even tho I requested them twice.

A good peel, not incredibly strong, and not quite as good as the TCI peels that I usually buy. This would be a good intro peel for those with sensitive skin.

It hasn't even been a month yet since I started using this peel but I've already seen remarkable improvement in my skin tone. I've been suffering from adult acne for more than 10 years now. I have scars in addition to the active cystic acne. I'm not a stranger to peels so after testing the Lactic Acid Face Peel 30% for 5 minutes as instructed and I didn't burn, I decided on a more aggressive regimen. I have been applying the peel every other day. This product has done wonders for my face. Not only have the scars started to fade, my cystic acne don't last as long as they used to. I don't even wash it off with the neutralizing solution. I just wash off with plain water. Just don't forget to apply moisturizer afterwards.

Love this product!!! Do it regularly in conjunction with the glycolic peel. Will definitely buy it again. Last a long time. I have a fairly sensitive skin, I reacted very well and never had any complication using it. My skin looks more unified. Helps getting rid of the darks marks due to acne picking.
