The prevoius machine that came worked for an order of raffle tickets. A few days later another order for raffle tickets but the machine just stopped working. Contacted Amazon supplier in the morning printed off return note, and said I just wanted a replacement. Well that come later that day, what a service 5 STAR.Hoping this one will last as this is a great stapler.

I found this to be quieter than some electronic staplers and faster. I would question whether there is a huge need for an electronic stapler in a general office but it does perform well and looks good. A bit pricey though.

I am generally very grateful for the chance to review items on Vine. Unfortunately it isn't the case with this stapler.The key requisites of a stapler are reliability, build quality, strength and portability. Sadly the Rapid Supreme stapler fails on some of these.Firstly portability. If this had been battery powered then it would be ok. But you need to have it plugged in so it needs to be static, you can't share it around. People who tried it were amazed how impractical it was.Build quality/reliability: it seems to be built ok, slightly cheap plastic but ok. However, in operation we found over a 2 day period that it jammed about 50% of the time. It can easily staple 20+ pages (thanks to the shape of the staples) but this is not too useful if it just doesn't work. We spent a lot of time taking out the cartridge to unblock it. This isn't good enough for something which costs just under £100. I would point out it is nothing we are doing, it is fairly foolproof in that you hit the paper against a guard and it fires a staple. As for the LED tracking system it is basically a blue light.Overall there is noting in this product that would make me recommend it. Sorry to the manufacturer but it is definitely below what you need in a stapler (which is a fairly simple instrument).If you do want a very good manually operated one I highly recommend the Rexel Matador Pro Stapler 70mm Throat Depth for 26/6 24/6 Silver and Blue Ref 2100951 which has excellent build quality, feels great in the hand and easily fires in to 25 pages.

This is a god send, easily set up, ease of use, and colleagues are also looking to buy.

I bought it at a good price - perhaps I should have done more research the cassettes are quite expensive - but I don't suppose you can compare them to the regular staples. The fastening is efficient and very flat.

I have thought long and hard about how many stars to give this stapler, and have eventually decided on 3 stars. This is a great 'gadget', but it is just that - a gadget. Yes, it's fantastic that it can staple up to 25 sheets in one go - so that in itself deserves a few stars......... BUT, is it really worth all that money? Personally, I don't think so.It's a trendy looking piece of kit, and not overly huge. As some other reviewers have mentioned, it has to be plugged in and left in one place, so if you were in an office environment (unless you all had one each!!)it would be a bit of a pain to have to take your stapling to the stapler all the time.I have to say, it works well. I had no problems making it work - and it hasn't (as yet) jammed up on me. It's simple to use, and I imagine, easy to fix should it become jammed.The reason it lost stars is because it is so expensive - the refill cartridges are ridiculously overpriced in my opinion. So, all in all, as I said at the beginning.... it's a 'gadget' - an expensive one!

Not that a stapler could be described as 'exciting', but this was more of a disappointment than ever. I thought it might be a labour-saving device for the office/home-office, but there are too many flaws for it to be of much use at all. A stapler needs to be sturdy, reliable and portable - this is just about sturdy but that's as far as it goes. I think more thought has gone into the appearance of it than its function, unfortunately.First, the pros: It does neat stapling, and can cope with a pile of papers (it claims to staple 25 sheets at a time but i didn't count how many I put through it). It looks a bit futuristic and might look impressive (if not a bit OTT) sitting on your desk. It's easy to remove/change the cartridge of staples and easy to set up - just plug in and use.Now, the cons: it's mains powered, which is a huge flaw. The cable is not especially long so it's tethered to your desk - not great if you're in a busy office (for example) and other people want to use it. It needs portability! It would have been better if it had been rechargable, perhaps. I tried using it continuously and every fifth staple or so it would jam and stop working. Defeats the object of having an electric stapler?! To say that the blue light is a 'guide' is generous - it just looks like a blue light for aesthetic purposes!If all of the above flaws were in a stapler of a quarter of this price, it might not be such an issue. But to pay almost £100 for something that doesn't outshine a manual stapler a hundred times over is a waste of time and money. What's more, a refill for this costs about £35 for 5000 staples...astronomical when you consider a box of 5000 staples from a business stationer costs, literally, pence (maybe 40p for 5000).The only thing this will do above and beyond a manual stapler is empty your bank account and cast a blue light over your desk.

Falla al grapar, solo funciona bien si grapas con cargadores nuevos. cuando están a medias empieza a fallar y pierdes el recambio de grapas.

Die Lieferung erfolgte zeitnah und ohne Beanstandungen. Das Gerät selbst heftet schnell, zuverlässig und super-flach. Einzig, dass es keinen Ausschaltknopf gibt, sondern ich den Stecker ziehen muss, um das Gerät auszuschalten, finde ich etwas schade.

Machine très rapide et agréable, ce qui est dommage c'est pour les cassettes d'agrafe, une sur deux défectueuse, 2 à 3 agrafes se coince.Ce n'est que sur la première cassette, après c'est sans soucis.
