First off, the picture is beautiful and looks just as I imagined. However, I am terribly disappointed with the packaging. The picture (oil on canvas) was placed directly in a cardboard box, with no liner or anything to protect the surface. When I opened the box, the cardboard had adhered to the surface of the painting!! Now there are little pieces of brown paper stuck to the image and it looks horrible. Not sure if I am returning at this point but seriously considering it.
