Military Sleeping Bag Compression Stuff Sack - Black - 6 Strap

Excellent large compression stuff sack, Used-Very Good was rec'd in very good condition, no rips, holes, stains and no damage to straps/buckles, does not have NSN# label sewn to end of bag, but, has same heavy duty materials/construction as my other genuine mil-spec stuff sacks, using to carry my large 20 degree hooded Slumberjack hunting bag, fits perfect, THANK YOU Ammo Can Man for the excellent customer service.

This bag came in excellent condition! It was better than The seller described. Looks brand new, works great!I put my sleeping bag in and it cinches down to less than half it’s size. Did what I wanted it to do. Very fast shipping! I would buy again from the seller!

You can tell this thing is ex-military because it's built like a rock. Though it is a bit large for my bag (my fault) it definitely compresses it to half the size of the original sack, and leaves plenty of room in my pack for other gear.

I chose this product because I have two old walmart sleeping bags and no stuff sack for them. The sleeping bags are still g0od I just did not want to by new ones that come with compression sacks. The first time I tried it out I was able to fit a full size sleeping bag, a flanel sleeping bag liner and a full size pillow into one bag. It compressed down to about half the size . When I compressed down one bag by itself, I was able to completely cinch the straps as tight as they would go. I think I can could put both of my walmart sleeping bags into one compression sack. I got two of these compression bags for $20 bucks after shipping. They arrived very fast and they have saved a ton of room in my ALICE pack. My goal is to be able to have all the supplies for me and my wife to camp comfortably in one ALICE pack. I believe it will be possible thanks to these compression sacks. I would recommend this product to a friend. I was sold on the military aspect of it. They are the true testers of outdoor equipment. If you want fancy then this might not be the bag for you, but if you want a product that does what it is designed todo, totally by this.

Even though it is made of strong material it is impractical to use as a compression sack simply because it is too big.I bought the bag to compress my 3.5 lb sleeping bag.The idea of a compression bag is to make the sleeping bag fit nicely in a small space in my backpack. However this sack is just too big to do the job. I need to get the total volume down to 10 L and this sack is about 40 L. Useless as a compression sack for a 3.5 lb sleeping bag.

This came in great condition. Works well for the bag I have although it does seem to be a bit large - I'm assuming that may be because this is for the 2 sleeping bag system?

Familiarity with military equipment leads to an appreciation for sturdy construction. While this may be genuine military surplus it is in rough shape. The compression straps are greatly frayed which are the bones of the sack. No strong bones leads to a weak body. Seriously doubt this sleep sack will have a long or useful life. Seriously disappointed.

The bag is great, solid and is working fine.(see below)There was NO "Nylon Drawcoard Closure with Barrel Lock"- we had to improvise,(make a new cord and make knots) but for about $10 total I will keep it.
